Ski hall closed. Open only for professional athletes. All the others stand in front of the glass pane and are allowed to watch from afar. Sauna also closed. Food and drink are relatively expensive for the very high prices. Very disappointing for me.

If you want one two nights uncomplicated, because you want to ski in the connected ski park, that's fine. But as a hotel, that is, hotel in the true sense and the expectations that normally connect with a hotel, I do not want to call it. It does not meet this requirement, certainly not if you compare it with the standards offered otherwise by Van der Valk Hotels. A few facts, ample free parking right next to the hotel, dreary surroundings with the charm of a remote industrial area, nice and friendly staff at the reception, the reception area makes a nice impression at first glance that the rest of the hotel but can not really stand, the rooms are clean, large enough with minibar and seem to have been recently renovated, the bathroom pleasantly large and very well equipped, however, the rooms are not air-conditioned, there are no rooms with balcony or in the EC with terrace or possibility to go outside, in midsummer the heat in the room is hard to bear, the building stands unprotected without any shade in the blazing sun. It is not possible to stay under shaded or trees. Restaurants are located in the attached ski arena, during our stay only one was open and here you have to go to the breakfast buffet. As a hotel bar we were also offered the ski arena, which should be open until 10 p. M. Where you can then join the well-kept Apreski, who likes!

Super service and delicious dishes.

Very friendly helpful staff. Every wish was fulfilled, additional persons for breakfast, care of the bouquets, special requests when eating, loving support of our grandparents. The weekend's motto: "No problem" Thank you to the whole team.

Good hotel. Tickets o ski hall should be from and to. By hours.

Very nice and priced OK, rooms were clean and fairly newly furnished/refurbished.
Bathroom large, Hindernissfreie shower but the toilet was way too deep.

I was in the Alpincenter for the 3rd time. I can really only say that it's great there! We had a wonderful day with a lot of fun. Staff is very friendly.
We'll be back! :)

Very light-hearing walls and doors, so the background noise is very large and a restful sleep is not possible. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast must be paid even if all is not desired. Comment "You can also search for another hotel" which makes sense in this case too.

The bar staff is really bad. Takes 3 years to come!

We were there for the weekend.
The rooms were very nice and lovingly furnished…
But that was also a positive thing.
We had a la carte on Friday at the top restaurant.
We waited to say and write 1.5hrs on our food — the waitresses were completely overwhelmed despite the only close to 10 tables. Everything was pushed to a graded menu — the waiters didn't know to answer a question directly. The manager ran up and down and spread even more control…
Price — performance ratio was fine.
On Saturday at 9h breakfast. The buffet empty swept hardly anything there… Unfortunately for lunch the same… Full Hut 2 people behind the issue — total overclaim.
For dinner the identical… Ice cold food everything empty at 19h and totally stressed unfriendly staff.
In the evening we wanted to use the all — in offer at the bar… (We had booked another old offer)
An absolute rip-off.
There is almost nothing in the space included. For almost everything you have to do this.
The waiters totally overwhelmed… 2 people behind the counter arguing and being completely ignored by the band on the arm…
The ski Hall was quite nice. Very good for beginners.

Absolutely not recommended.
The stench was not to be held. The bathroom is so disgusting that you are afraid to pull in without shoes.
The pillows are an imposition and in the demand for a normal pillow there was only the unfriendly statement that there is only the pillow.
Staff is overwhelmed and unfriendly.
2, 5 euro extra for the use of the sauna area and despite overcrowded hotel only one of three saunas.
Here, the hotel management has to grasp and invest money in training and renovation.

It sucks especially the food if you come take another hotel, nn this.

Good breakfast. Internet access only via cable that is but to get free of charge at the reception.

To achieve very well with the car. Enough parking spaces available. Very friendly staff in the night and the day. Wi-Fi works fine. Mfg.

It all started with occupancy already.
Booked was a 3 bedroom, have we then simply a
Fold-away bed.
Unfortunately lacks almost all of the staff at some kindness and wit.
Up to Dim a few exceptions and tired faces, the your job easy
tear off and perform.
Unclean toilets that were up to 2 x controlled a day maybe but not cleaned.
From Rocky sofas in the smoking lounge are not really invite for a nice break.
Well this is the indoor ski for skiers not really what is new and special, clear. But it is also not an attempt to do something else started.
No drinks in the ski Hall or some animation or similar.
Not very much happened Saturday night despite the opening of the season.
A single failure was the party night.
For my friends and me is clear, that we want to go there again.

Hotel for the everyday demands. Who is not particularly noticed hygiene and location here for a helpful well be lifted. The Playland is an experience for children. The ski area is ok. As with all halls are of course limited. With a few exceptions, the staff is very courteous. Despite I didn't quite manage was all in, you had to clean up. But, just a little unusual for the price was not a problem.

One of the best places in the region regardless of whether it comes to HotelUnterkunft ski weekend ski course or just on a Saturday evening with good music and après ski party goes. Warmly to recommend all season long.
