Location lovely. Room miles away, asked to be moved 3 days on the trot with no joy. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed to find the bungalow we have booked is NOTHING like the advertised publicity photographs. The terrace is rundown and very neglected. The room itself has a very uncomfortable mattress and the sheets were presented creased and not tucked into the bed again giving an un cared for look to the room! This is suppose to be a 5 star hotel! Shocking!

Tranquility and family atmosphere but quiet. Tt the world is kind and respectful despite the presence of bcp d children 👍 wonderful setting perfectly maintained and splendid gardens. Cleanliness everywhere. Bravo.

Not 5 * resort. May be 2*! Bad food, small rooms, crap cocktails, worse coffee ever. I had the all inclusive and I need to pay for everything. 0/100 very bad experience I will never go again DO NOT Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay, pool and rooms great. Good choice of food, although not hot enough, food was just about warm. Chairs in reception and dining area are all very worn and untidy. Only glasses you could use in the dining area were small wine glasses, not great if you’re wanting a beer. Shame really. But lovely place and beach…

Real PARADISE ❤️Beautiful views, a wonderful spa, service at a very high level, delicious food. Very high standard of the hotel. Great applause for animators, I haven't seen a better show I heartily recommend a vacation at this hotel.

Very beautiful resort, next to the beach. It has a big pool with salt water. The room are big, the food great, treas, flowers, shows for the kids and adults. I had a great vacation there.

Superb hotel with nice amenities idyllic setting, very relaxing small downside there is nothing around however the staff is very friendly the animation team friendly and the director is very present and very kind we thank them for having spent a pleasant stay among them.

The staff are all amazing and super friendly! Particularly Marco (guest relations manager), Marietta and the animation team. They made my birthday extra special! Missing it already and hope to return soon!

Nice hotel. In general I loved it. There are several minor drawbacks though. 1. Only one beach shower — too far from many sun beads. 2. Beach shower itself is a total disaster! You have to hold the button permanently while you r talking the shower. If you are alone — it's more or less ok. But if you are holding a1-year-old baby in one hand… Just make the damn shower work for at least 10 seconds after pressing the button! Thank you. 3. No hanging devices neither in bathroom nor at the balcony. How are you supposed to dry your towels and swimming suits? 3. Golf cars. They are really annoying when they are riding fast along the walking routes. In other hotels with golf cars I stayed there are sircle routes for cars with back driveways. This is much more convenient. Apart from that the hotel is nice, green, and beautiful. Just fix those minor things. It's not a great piece of investment.

Rooms need refurbishment. Main building is only refurbished. Booked bungalow with sea view and big windows, but the room that they gave me had only one small window with garden view. Enjoy the pictures in my post. Don't recommend it! P. S. Don't forget your night vision goggles for the shower… No light in the shower.

Very nice complex, excellent meal, great entertainer, pleasant and welcoming staff who makes a lot of effort to speak French, little plus the meal by the sea.

Nice resort. Two bays of coarse sand. Sun beds with matrices, very comfy to have a nap. Mature vegetation with plenty of places with natural shadow. Good variety in the buffet. Kids club activities available. Kids disco also for 30 mins every night. Personnel very professional and always there to assist. Negatives: waters ports are ridiculously expensive, nurse not available on Sunday, in the bathroom there are no hooks for the towels, no lines for towels and bath suits in the balcony, etc. Swimming pools especially the one for the kids is occupied by elder children and there are no rules for entrance. In general, any extra service is priced in prices above the market ones.

Beautiful hotel beautiful setting superb view of the staff at the top of the top of the super nice animators but we were prisoners of this hotel we were 6 and had an armchair, impossible to rent a large car because the rental service had none, get out, of the hotel was mission impossible except by unbursing astronomical sums in excursions …

Hotel away from everything deserves 4 stars instead of 5. About 4 hours from ATHEN and KALAMATA. Proper room. 1 pool for over 2000 room it remains very little. The staff remains very pleasant and listening to you. Panorama worthy of a postcard. Hotel booked more for families but remains nice as a couple so few rooms are rented. To finish entertainer nice but almost nonexistent.

Dream Hotel. We went to the family beginning of May and all the prestats are up to the photos published. Not too crowded at this time the infinity pool with sea view… what a pleasure. The staff are friendly and a good part is trying to speak French. The food is varied and for all tastes… The superior rooms were luxurious and clean. Really great site.

Dream Hotel, with a magnificent view of the swimming pool, superb manicured gardens, a delicious buffet, a staff with small care. The spa is very nice too. The gym offers a breathtaking view that motivates any sportsman. I recommend this property.

Inconvenient to get there from the airport because it takes 2 hours by bus, but once on the spot it feels really good. Beautiful Village with all The comforts.

Super clean complex, combining nature and the sea, flowers everywhere, lemon trees, oranges, birds singing… very good meal, very good spa, bartender of the very nice welcome, the Manager of the hotel Borjas present and listening. I'll go back!

Excellent stay, allow 3h of bus from the airport but the charm of the hotel catches up, affordable prices nice excursions, clean room every day. Decent food except specialties. Overall very good value for money.

The staff will always smile to you but when the hot shower is not working they will do nothing about it (5 days of cold showers — thank you). The amount of food they make is insane but none of it is really good. You can always choose between many kinds of mediocre food (will be easier for you if you like a lot of oil in your food). They give a new definition to all inclusive by charging you for almost everything. The basic free things they give is probably what they get for free. You get few vouchers to change your towels and every time you try to change it they say come tomorrow. Low value for money! we expected more for their very high rates. Barcelo has great resorts and locations and this is not one of them, they can only be proud of the name. Not a bad place to stay just way over priced.

Hotel is OK. But just this. It's far away from all places. Room service left twice the door open after cleaning what isn't the best idea. The service could be better as expected for a 5 star hotel. Nive place to stay but not for this big amount of money…

The landscape from the resort it's the best part, the swimming pool it's amaizing. The room are pretty basic and some of them are very far from the centre with a stip uphill. Staff are OK.

A seafront resort with an attractive area. A sea without waves and crystalline in the morning. The large swimming pool has a beautiful view. Instead, the food is far from Barcelo Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa. Staff at the restaurant and bars are very friendly. The beverage offer is thin even though you pay all in. Animators speak italian only and include performances only for italians. Room are far from 5 stars. The snacks are boring. After a stay in Fuerteventura we had other expectations.

I was the first week of September of 2015.
Beautiful and properly cleaned Bungalows, clean and clear sea but not blue with two beaches attached to both part of the village, helpful staff and wonderful entertainment!
Wonderful Pool also that, beautiful village especially for me that I explored everything with the map in hand ahahah (there are bungalows immersed in the green).
The food is average good, except the breakfast (that is very good and varied) …
Also for young people there is a disco (a large terrace on the sea) where you also make evenings with revival music and a games room with computer.
The only bad thing is the gravel in the sand.

We stayed from 7 to July 18, 2016 at this wonderful hotel.
What about the extraordinary kindness of all the staff, listen to him touches at all times with a natural and permanent smile.

Very cool resort hotel and cool. Guests reside not in sad private and small houses. The sea is clean. Guests can also take a tour of the different islands in the daytime at night. The food is delicious. Advise.

Beautiful location, good cleaning, and the rich offer at the buffet. One of the entertainment Staff is capable, friendly but not intrusive.

We are spending our holiday at the time at barcelo hydra beach resort. Greatest respect to all staff and management of Barcello Hydra Beach resort! They are so kind and helpfull. All the areas of the resort, the rooms are very spacy and clean. We found here much more than we expected after visiting their website Everything exceeded our expectations.
