Fully matched the description. Great food, very clean and very friendly staff.

This place — I don't know where to start. Let me point the good sides — friendly staff! Amazing view! This is all positive there. Everitging else — location. Food. Rooms. Beach. — one of the worse we ever been to. Cleaness — terrible! In short — not a good place to be. We shorted our stay with 2 days. Only becouse of the reasons above. In adition — City of Patra does not look to much tourist oriented. Alexander.

The hotel is wonderful! I highly recommend staying if you are in Patra! Polite and friendly staff. Diverse and very tasty cuisine: every day and fish, sea products, meat for every taste and of course a lot of greens, vegetables and fruits. Amazing desserts of their own making: baklava!
The area is well-groomed, clean. There is a large pool with sunbeds, a bar with cool drinks and my favorite atmospheric place, a gazebo near the playground.
The sea is crystal clear with its beach.
In short, we are happy, I hope to return again ☀️

This hotel doesn't live up to it's raiting (4 stars). Me and my family paid for all inclusive in this hotel. The word it self says all inclusive, but it's not, they only give you certain things you can use for free with all inclusive, for example, if you want a frappe you have to pay 3 euros, the sauna is included in the price but it's out of order. The main problem is if you want a 3 person bedrom, you won't get one, you will have two adult beds and one helping bed (smaller bed), but it's listed as a 3 adult person bedroom. If you are expecting entertainment, you won't get that either. The hotel has a private beach. While you go in the water there are a lot of sharp rocks, I myself got hurt while trying to get out of the water. If you don't like the Sun that much, you do have tress covering you with a lot of space. Everything in the hotel is limited to a cirtian amount of time. Their shift begins in 10am and ends at 10pm, which means if you want a drink after 10pm (for free) you won't get one, you will have to pay for every drink. The food is mainly the same every day, they change only a couple of dishes but other dishes are the same for every day. I would not recommend this hotel.

In general, you can give 4 degrees. Only in the restaurant almost no seafood and no variety. Otherwise a good hotel.

Good customer service, very good breackfast and buffet, very clean, front sea and swimming pool, coffee shops, bars tavern near by, have been 3 times, and will come again…

Nice place for short stay. The view from rooms is fantastic. Suggestion to visit beach for a walk.

Location Value for money Recommend!

The place is always nice, although the experience in winter is very different from the summer.
However the rooms are always nice, comfortable and clean. Also suitable for business travellers. And the sea view ones are gorgeous.

The place is beautiful and impressive. The sea-view rooms overlook the beach. The panorama is made suggestive by the mountains of the Gulf of Lepanto and the majestic Bridge of Rio.
And then the staff is great: even in winter, when the view is sad and there is no one on the beach, they are all available. And the quality of the kitchen (for breakfast and dinner) is more than good at really low prices.
I go there for work, and I will happily return all the time.

The beach is lumpy, stoney and overcrowded. Why don't they tidy it up?

Beach hotel located in city areas with a lot of small streets. Location is on the beach but it can be difficult to locate. Rooms are clean but rather small. Has a pool and beach access. 4 stars is due to value for money, otherwise it would have been 3 stars.

Good hotel, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is sandy Rocky, because of what is not very convenient to enter the sea, is treated with special footwear.

Lovely hotel for summer rest. The service is very pleasant, but I didn't find some things that I expected to be: 1. Despite of all-inclusive there were no free water in the mini bar. 2. They don't have the iron to rent.

The hotel operates under the program "All inclusive". Everything was perfect, especially the staff. Food, swimming pool, sea-wonderful. The view from the rooms to the bay and the Rio Andione Bridge. If you do not pick up, then minus only one-slow Wi-Fi, although for Wi-fi calls and sipnet'a enough.

Best hotel with incredible staff, food, beach, and game room for kids. Close to Patra museum and beautiful waterfront views.

Very nice hotel half a step, practically on the sea, with pool with water, comfortable for a relaxing holiday, a few kilometers from the center. Equipped with what is needed for a gym, recommended.

It's not that new, and the area is not so vibrant however the view is awesome. What ever you do pick the sea view rooms. You won't regret. (You could see the bridge too) Rooms are clean and they do have free internet connection. I would definitely come back, this time for the holiday.
