I wish I could rate it a zero. As a heads up, if you book through a travel portal, or using Credit Card points, this place will just say they don’t make as much money from that and won’t give you a room when you check in. Furthermore, when I tried to cancel through CapitalOne, this hotel would not pick up which delayed the process of my refund.
Horrible and scammy business practice.
