What was about to be the best holidays ever, turned into a nightmare.
We had 3 nights booked to stay at the hotel after our amazing experience in Paros. One day, we received the email informing that they try to contact me (which they didn’t) to let me know my book was cancelled.
We have to face the lack of places to stay in Santorini. Everything we planned to do we have to cancel because we couldn’t find a place to stay there.
I would NEVER recommend try to book there because the hotel is not reliable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Tasty breakfasts. Nice vibe close to the main promenade in Oia. The most attractive place in Oia is 20 minutes walk. While speculating, you can watch beautiful views. The hotel manager (Catherine) was very helpful. He will arrange a transfer for you, tell you where to go. He will rent a car for you and bring it to the hotel. Always smiling. Through our stay at this hotel, we made a new friend abroad. Catherina is multifunctional — she'll take care of everything. In the hotel, we noticed two more working ladies, also very nice. The pool is lit very nicely at night. Peace and quiet. We had a sea view from the room. It is a good starting point for excursions, but not only because you can enjoy the beautiful views in the hotel by ordering something from the mini bar. If we ever want to go to santorini, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Don't book this hotel. It's been closed since 2021 according to people in the area. I booked this hotel through Expedia. Com. Let me tell you I was pregnant and I had the worst experience of my life here. Me and my family decided to visit Santorini and booked this trip last year. The place is abandoned. No one will answer your phone calls or emails. Expedia. Com didn't help at all. I was left in the streets of an unknown place with my family 5 and months pregnant. We were there until 3am in the dark with kids. We were in fear. The place is really lonely so there is no vehicles passing by. No business' or other homes/hotels. We were finally able to contact someone we found online who offered transportation and picked us up and took us to a hotel. It was really expensive but we didn't have a choice. Expedia didn't want to refund me the money. I reported them to BBB and after 3 months I was able to get a compensation for the nightmare I had there. Please be aware of the places you going. Call the hotel, email them before traveling. Have a backup plan always. After reporting this hotel is closed I am in shock that they still advertise it in many sites. If you notice the last review from this hotel is from 2021. I didn't noticed until now.
