Poor amenities, dirty shower curtain, dirty sunbeds around the pool, old balcony furniture, dirty towels and sheets, no hot water during the night, unkind staff… so sorry.

Super problematic! Main problem the stuff behavior. Unorganized reception (keep reservations on paper), dirty towels (photo attached), reception refused to replace dirty towels (and denied the dirt as well), old furniture on balcony (photo attached)
