Our problem was
That we ordered the room with 2 beds and air conditioner
The price was 25€ cause also I have different level in Booking and I have discount in the Genios class hotel, it was one of this
When we arrived, the lady who is owner of hotel, said that she has the room with 1 double bed only
I asked to see the room, she showed us, and it was one queen size bed there, I said her, that it’s difficult for me to sleep with my son, cause it’s small for us
She said it’s not her problem, cause her room with 2 beds is occupied, but in booking it was showing us free; so that’s why we booked this
She said it’s not her problem, booking took the money, and she will not return money to us, even if booking will ask to return
The second thing, sheets were dirty, with yellow lakes on it, we showed this to her, she said, it’s no problem. We took the picture of dirty sheets and room
The third thing is she said for the money we paid she can’t allow us to use air conditioner, cause it’s cost more money and she has to pay for electricity.
We ordered the room with air conditioner and 2 beds
We paid the money what was for it in booking
We met very bad and aggressive behaviors, this people shut at us for no reason
My son was afraid and said me to leave this place or they can hit us if we talk more.
