Captains View

We keep coming back to the Captains View as it’s the perfect chill-out venue for a relaxing holiday.
The house has two double bedrooms downstairs, both en-suite. Living room and kitchen in the middle and an additional bedroom/ kids space above.
The large balcony has stunning panoramic views of the bay and harbour. Perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of ouzo.
There is a fabulous bakery practically next door and the agora just below is packed with shops.
We love the calm and peaceful setting. Doves cooing, crickets chirping and the waves lapping on the shore below.

We have spent several holidays at Captains View and enjoyed every one of them. The delightful house, situated on the slopes of Molyvos between the castle and the sea has magnificent views, is well equiped with two en-suite bedrooms and all the home comforts you can want. Melinda and Theo who own the house look after their guests very well. Breakfast on the balcony looking out to sea is wonderful and for dinner in the evening there are lots of charming restaurants on hand, including Melinda and Theo's family - run restaurant The Captains Table down at the harbour front. We shall return !

This is our third time at the Captain’s View which certainly lives up to its name. Being set in the hillside the views from the property are magnificent all day long from glorious sunrises to spectacular sunsets. Situated between the Castle and the Harbour, the house itself is well equipped, comfortable and, blending beautifully with the surrounding properties, has a real charm all of its own. The owners, Theo and Melinda, are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble should you have any need for advice or further requirements. All amenities are nearby and plenty to see and do, whether exploring or just chilling. The family also own and run a delightful restaurant, The Captain’s Table, down in the busy but picturesque harbour. Well worth a visit. All in all, a great holiday destination and I’m looking forward to returning again.
