Family had stayed in top 5 star hotels and having experience to judge hard, the nice part is that this is A grand 5 star hotel with premium facilities, trained personnel, in the size of a small

This is a wonderful small hoel in the centre of Kalamata, handy for everythng you might want to visit. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable.

A comfortable and warm stay. The breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. The highlight was the staff. They were welcoming and always ready to meet our every demands.

Such a lovely stay — by far the best we had in Greece. The rooms were big with a lot of practical touches, there is a dedicated parking for the guests, clean gym, anvery solid breakfast options.

Lovely hotel from check-in to check out.
First time that we were here.
Staff was very kind as we entered the property. Waited just a short time for our room. And after getting there. It was exquisite.

New, beautiful, fantastic views, great service. Big clean rooms, big clean bathrooms, high pressure shower, delicious dinner and snacks. Super friendly and attentive staff. On-site parking.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Staff were kind and very helpful. Pool area is beautiful. Food was pretty good, breakfast was nice but maybe not so many options that I would have expected.

Our review. :
We were more than pleasantly surprised when we first pulled into the Elysian.

We stayed 3 nights at this centrally located hotel, it was recommended by a local we were speaking with on the street and it did not disappoint. The staff are extremely helpful and careing.

I stayed in Kalamata for 4 nights at this hotel. It was great. The rooms are very clean. Each day we would come back in the afternoon with the bed would be made with fresh towels ect.

A top-notch, 5 star superb hotel, with helpful staff. A wonderful base for exploration of the town or down the coast.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Kalamata! The quality of the hotel is top-notch, with sleek, modern decor that makes you feel right at home.

I stayed here in April. The hotel staff was nice. They do charge a late check in fee, so be aware of that.
The room and bathroom was nice and clean.

You cannot beat the location or service at this hotel. Excellent property, so perfectly located for either shopping/eating down by the water or in the town center.

A friendly family hotel. Personal attention from all the staff, especially Sofia. I felt like we were family from the first moment. Heartfelt care, fulfilling every request.

Stayed for 4 nights using it as a base to visit Sparta, Mystra & other local historical sites.

If you want a good room, with top tier Wi-Fi, breakfast with variety, this isn't the place for you.
If you want to stay within 2-5 min.

Right in the middle of everything. Beach is across the street. Right in the middle of the beach boardwalk. Many restaurants around you to choose from. Close to pier (Marina).

Great welcome at this lovely hotel situated close to the town and beach. Our room and bathroom were to a high standard and we had a side sea view.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay!
Spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and genuinely welcoming — this hotel is a gem.

A wonderful experience. The room was great for a budget lodging. Facing the beach of Kalamata. The operator was amazing able to provide insight and knowledge on the area.

The view from the pool si great, is a very clean and modern property that offers you everything you need. The host is great and very kind, we couldn’t ask for anything else.

My family just recently visited Kalamata! Our stay at Verga's Apartments made our time that much more enjoyable. We stayed in a lovely apartment that overlooked the sea.

The best hotel on Navarinou beach. Excellent service, friendly staff, super clean room, great sea view.

The Haikos Hotel, is our favourite hotel, not just in Kalamata but of all the hotels we have stayed anyway. It should be classified as higher star rated hotel.

Pleasant room, with balcony overlooking the sea. Ate there that evening, and left with leftovers. Coffee is available, for purchase through tout the night at the lobby bar.

The experiences that we had in this hotel were out of this world. The food was very good and so was the customer service.

Quaint historic hotel in the center of Kalamata. Very walkable and also close to the beach. Staff is warm and welcoming and will take care of special requests.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, super breakfast and very polite personnel.

The hotel has been remodelled. The rooms are bright and fresh. The reception area is a small lobby and not what is shown on the photo.

Do not rely on tripadvisor — out of date info. Read the Booking. Com description is accurate. Hotel ia great downtown location, well appointed. Spa looks wonderful. Best for adults not great for kids.

Although we stayed just for one night, the host took his time to explain many details of the new spatious studio. Calm place, although close to busy coastal road.

Well looked after holiday apartments of different sizes. Quiet area. Clean, presentable, much better than a lot of the old and dated rubbish accommadation in Greece. Friendly managers/owners.

Good hotel if you want to travel around the pelopenesse and want a quiet place to relax after your adventures.
Good breakfast and snacks during the day!
Rooms are nice and clean.

I want to say this is a horrid hotel so I keep this fabulous secret to myself. I LOVED this hotel and I'm a picky customer.

Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting. All the little details had been taken care of and our stay went without a hitch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Marina. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect — right by the marina, beach, and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 days in January, and we’re coming back in March for a week. We love this place!
