Kastorllrizo is the most picturesque place I have been. The island is charming. I think Agnanti Studios are in one of the best locations on the island. They are a 10 minute walk along the coastal path into the harbour which means it’s quiet. There is a terrace with sunbeds which has direct access into the sea (and not on the harbour so not concern about passing ferries). The studios are simple but clean and have everything you need.

Guys its really nice to stay here in peace and also Mr. Vasilis is so nice and help full, the cake in the breakfast was so simple but however so delicious. Its like simple is the best. No show needed at atll. We feel like home. And it has its own seaside, really greatefull🌺🇬🇷

We had an amazing experience at Agnanti Apartments. Mr Vassilis and Msr Cleopatra are fantastic owners, their homemade breakfast was every day special, the sea is spectacular and you also can use kayak and flippers. The apartment was very clean and equipped. We warmly recommend this location, for us was the best traditional solution in entire island.

Wow. We still can’t believe our luck in choosing to stay here over the half term break in October. Cleopatra & Vasilis are kind & generous hosts; there when you need them & always with a friendly wave & smile when you head out or back ‘home’. The 10 mins walk into the harbour area is up & down but easy & the views from the terrace towards Turkey are just wonderful. We so enjoyed walking in for coffee & pastries in the morning especially. The bakery is amazing! We travel a lot, often in Asia where we find stunning huts & off the beaten track beaches, & this is up there with the best of them. It’s such a special place, as is the island itself. Don’t hesitate to stay here… it’s such a vibey place with Turkey twinkling in the distance. 10/10 from parents & teens alike.

Amazing four nights at Agnate studios with the exceptional hospitality of the owners, Mrs. Cleopatra and Mr. Vassilis!
We arrived at the island by ferry and Mr. Vassilis was waiting for us at the harbour to help us with the luggage and give us a lift to the studios which are located at Mandraki (seven minutes walk from Megisti if you take the well paved seaside path).
We had to wait a bit until our room was ready as we arrived well before check-in.
When Mrs Cleopatra showed us our room at the first floor the reaction was 'WOW'! We liked the place from the photos when booking it but honestly what you see with your eyes is incomparable with the images. Spacious studio, well equipped with everything (furniture and kitchen facilities). Walls, ceiling and furniture well painted and varnished, all preserved with care! Really impressed! Our window was just facing the blue of the sea and our balcony on the side had both sea and land view. All windows and balcony doors have a mosquito net in front. Moreover, out studio was kept super clean during our entire stay. There are disinfectant liquids everywhere, in the studios, before descending the stairs and down at the veranda — breakfast area. Our breakfast was delicious, prepared by the owners with care and love. The highlight of the breakfast are the homemade sweets and delicious scrambled eggs! Next to the studios, the hotel preserves an area with sun beds and umbrellas to enjoy the sea.

Agnanti is a hidden jem. It is a small family owned five room hotel. Cleopatra and Vasilis with welcome you with a smile.
Located on the seafront it is by far the best location on the island. You can swim all day long, early morning and end your day with a late night dip. You can use a kayak as much as you like or use sun beds and umbrellas for free. You can also cook in your room.
Breakfast is also included. Both variety and quality are excellent. Cleopatra will prepare anything you ask, offer you homemade products and she will not hesitate to offer you a second coffee or an extra portion for free.
Do not take Agnanti’s quiet sleep or clean sea for granted.
In the port — where most hotels are located — the sea is not clean due to many yachts. The noise of the ferry’s electrical engine is unbearable at night but also noise from bars and restaurants is noticeable all day long.
I prefer to take a 10’ stroll to the port, stay up late, return to Agnanti, have a swim & a decent night’s sleep and wake up with a dive or use the kayak.
In short, the location of this hotel is unsurpassed. Agnanti is well underpriced. Book directly with the owners. If there is no availability simply reschedule your vacation.

Agnanti Studios is a beautiful small hotel with a clean and quiet beach. The port is within walking distance. There is free Wi-Fi and our room (#2) has an excellent view and a porch. The room is equipped with an electric cooker hob, kettle, mini oven, etc. The breakfast is excellent; you may request almost anything including fresh orange juice, fruits, yoghurt, jams, eggs, olives, feta cheese… We enjoyed our stay here very much. Vasilis and Kleopatra, thank you!

Agnanti Studios is ideally situated on a promontry overlooking the sea and in the distance the Turkish town of Kas. Vasilis was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had cooking facilities should you wish to prepare your own food, though the port and restaurants are only 10-15 minutes walk along the coastal path.
There is also a jetty with loungers and swimming facilities, perfect for that early morning swim!

Kastellorizo is your quintessential Greek Island and a perfect place to spend a few days. Agnanti Studios provides a great base to explore this small island. The rooms are huge and Vasilli was always on hand to help out.
Being picked up at the dock was an added bonus and much appreciated.
The property has its own swimming platform and sundeck and it is a short 5 minute walk around the point to the town.
Can happily recommend Agnanti Studios to anyone wanting a relaxing stay on this absolutely beautiful island.
