Only one door with a net from mosquitos. We had 2 double beds, 1 was broken from the undermattress frame so it was not comfortable at all!

What a hotel! As if you're in the heaven. Everything was nice. Rooms were huge and breakfast was excellent. Also they gave us a gitf while we were getting out; a bootle of wine which was home made.

We stayed 4 nights and loved every moment — rooms are new and clean, designed and equipped till the last details. The area is amazing and only 9 min driving till nearest beach — real value for money.

The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff could not do enough for us, particularly Eva who worked around the adult pool and would always go the extra mile even cleaning our glasses.

We had a great stay, Eleni is a wonderful host, the breakfast was tasty, a lot of options, fresh, quality products, we loved the quince jam made by Eleni's mother.

We stayed at Oktolia Suites in Alexandroupoli and really enjoyed our time. The one-bedroom apartment had two balconies, and the front one was spacious with a table and chairs — perfect for relaxing.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel on New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful experience. The staff kindly arranged secure parking for our car and even booked a lovely nearby restaurant for our dinner.

My husband and I arrived late September for a 4 night stay. We were welcomed by the reception staff as though we were old friends.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment with the balcony. The view was breathtaking. The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay.

We spent here 9 days, it was great in all aspects.

Great accomodation! We spent a night in Sept 2024 at the 2 room appartment. It was clean, comfortable and overall suited to our needs.

Crossed the border from Bulgaria and drove into Agistro just before Midnight. Stopped at Anestis and she had a room available. Owner is super friendly and speaks some English.

This place is a hidden heaven. We were tired of the beaches and one night in the mountains made us fresh again. Spiros welcomed us like an old friend. He is awesome.

Excellent location. You can reach Nea Marmaras center only 4-5 minutes by walking.
Extremely clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned regularly.

It was a perfect stay in the Junior suite. The room showed love and care, the hosts perfectly nice and the breakfast had everything we needed in the newly renovated beautiful courtyard.

Interesting place. Everything was fine, except for the Wi-Fi connectivity and limited parking spaces. The hotel is close to the beach and the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I had a nice 2 days there. The room was clean. Especially Prokopis was a kind employee. He was here when we needed him. The beach was very close and it was great.

We have never seen a more welcoming and friendly staff, let alone the owners! The apartments are perfectly equipped and if we wanted something they gave it to us right there and then.
