I booked a room at this hotel because I was going to attend the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival. On March 2020 The festival is postponed because of Coronavirus. I contacted the hotel and, since my reservation was non-refundable, I asked if it would be possible to use the reservation (IF they have availability) on the new dates that the festival might take place which is early June — depends how things with the virus are going —. If the festival is cancelled ok, I don t mind to lose my money, I understand. They refuse which I find, due to the global situation, very client unfriendly. Therefore I don t recommend this hotel due to its irresponsible policy,
