The best place to stay in Thessaloniki. Sotiris is a very friendly host who waited for us until late in the evening to welcome us and explain everything. He was also available at any time, and we had excellent communication. The room is modern, very clean, and in a perfect location near to Aristoteles square. We will be back for sure and recommend it to everyone.

The Apartment is in a great location in the heart of the city. It's a short walk to everything in Thessaloniki, otherwise the bus can take you anywhere. The room was very clean and spacious and plenty of room and setup beautifully. I loved the world Map on the wall and the saying "make yourself at home" it's what everybody wants. Next time we come, it would be good to see a Big Blue dot where Greece is on the map and an arrow saying "You Are Here" 😁. Great service from Sotiris and was always avail if I needed something. Looking forward to coming back to this great city.

Evapollo is amazing! The room was cleaned to perfection and it is best location for a stay in Thessaloniki. It is very close to Aristotle square and near all of the shops. On top of that, Sotiri was communicating with us before our stay and answering all of our questions. He greeted us upon arrival and was extremely kind!
I also accidentally left my retainer in the room and Sotiri called the next day to tell me. I’ve never had any air bnb or hotel do that! He was kind enough to go out of his way to ship it to Athens for us. I am so grateful! You will not regret staying here!

Excellent place to stay in Thessaloniki. We spent 4 days and the only thing we experienced was nothing but perfect. It's situated next to Aristoles Square, 30 seconds to the seat, easy to reach beautiful restaurants. Our room is clean, modern style, bathroom is big you can find all facilities (espresso machine, kettle, safe) BUT MOST IMPORTANT factor is our host SOTIRIS. He cares about you and makes your stay go smoothly. He is friendly, respectful and helpful. We feel like we were at home during our stay in EVAPOLLO. I will definitely come back if I need a place to stay in Thessaloniki. I highly recommend this place. You don't need a second option to stay when you're in Thessaloniki.

It's not only about the amazing central place (next to Aristoles Square, 30 Seconds to the Sea) that you'll find the room, also not about the super cleanness, great modern style, and all facilities and the big size it has. Facilities: 5/5 Btw: you don't really need a hotel with breakfast/Meal included, as you'll be very central and you'll have so many possibilities to eat good. And for lazy ones or rainy days you can download eFood/Wolt and order the food to your Room. Hidden Tipp for soccer fans: visit The Dubliner with Public Viewing (muted) and super friendly staff as well.

Hidden treasure in the heart of the city (Aristotelous square) : Spacious, awesome and luxurius room, having all facilities (plus espresso machine for espresso lovers). Sotiris (Host) is a nice and very kind guy, make your accommodation much more easier. In case that you might have car, there are. 4 parking places, secure and safe only 30m from venue. Definitely I will come back again, even it seems that this venue will be always fully booked.

Evapollo was definetelly one of my most surprising stay. Close to cafes and restaurants, water cliff and big parking spot, Evapollo is a beautiful minimalistic apartament with the most confortable bed&pillows, coffe maker and all you need for a nice stay. Sotiris welcomed us very cozy and was hepful throughtout all or stay.

Very detailed and consideration in your rooms! Appreciate all the fine touches like the rich towels and comfortable mattress and sheets. Even the cups and mugs are all so pretty! You made a small living space so wonderfully liveable.

Nice place to stay at Thessaloniki. The room is big. The entire place was renovated in April 2019. All you need is in the room, very comfortable bed, esspresso machine, Safe. It's very central. Sotiris is very helpful and professional. Very high recommended.
