Rather noisy rooms facing the street side and bathroom a Hai drier nowhere to be found. The shower was leaking and the dripping sound drives you nuts! TV channels available was poor for a so called 5 star Hotel. The Gym needs an upgrade, machines and equipment in very poor condition and its very small at busy times you won’t find a space Ton exercise.

High standard hotel; we really liked the bedroom, sea view balcony and swimming pool, BUT disappointed that you provide Nespresso machines and then charge for the capsules (and only informed us on our last night). At these room rates — extremely high for Greece! — the coffee should be included. I would therefore deduct one star if I were giving a rating.

My second visit to this superb luxury hotel. I have been to a dozen or so high end hotels throughout Europe and US over he past several years and this in my humble opinion is the best value. In far more pricier hotels in London, Barcelona, and New York the comfort and service cannot beat my experience here. The service is swift, courteous and always with a smile. The rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is complimentary and has every conceivable option. From eggs to order, fresh exotic fruits, Turkish figs, Greek yogurt, sauteed mushrooms, pastries, croissants, granola, and a wide assortment of Greek pies. The view out our window at sunset with views of Mount Olympus is spectacular. The Salonika restaurant is a gourmet dream with traditional Greek dishes like Octopus, seafood saffron orzo, and tuna tartar.

5 stars hotel! perfect service from the moment we came till the moment we left. Pleasant rooms with an excellent facilities.

Post renovation it has improved significantly becoming a modern, warm, more appealing place to visit and stay. I visited one month after it reopened, however things were not running as smoothly as one would expect.

Friendly, gorgeous, expensive.

It's nice, very polite, I called to ask about the management of the heating and they sent me a person immediately. It is a hotel with staff, something not seen lately, now are all hotels, as much as one person at the reception and a cleaner that has a restricted schedule which charge you like a four or five star hotel, here are personal and is clean, until the TV is better.

There is great elegance in this place, and the price reflects that, however you do indeed get what you pay for and maybe just a tiny bit more since not many things can beat the amazing view of this place!

Big hotel I just had a conference GEOBIA2014, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.
