Excellent place for family vacation, especially with small children. Very nice green yard, with its own parking and just across the phenomenal beach. Sakis, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, making vacation very pleasant.

The owner is super helpful and goes out of the way to make sure you enjoy your stay, he’s got fantastic recommendations and offered to help with anything we needed.
The studios were fully equipped for our stay, air conditioned and clean. The back terrace leading to the garden was a definite highlight and a great place to relax after a whole day at the beach. The garden had lots of greenery and was perfect for kids to run around in safely.
The host also provided sun loungers and umbrellas, free of charge. Very convenient as the beach is right over the road.
We’ll definitely be coming back.

Location is superb, right next to the beach, and 5min walk from nicer beach. Host is caring and amasing person. I would give more stars if I could. We got a beach view studio. You get klima, parking, sunbeds…

Maybe the best place in Toroni. Sakis is a top host, always helpful and knowing his business. Toroni is a very relaxing place, and has what it takes for a great holiday without extreme crowds.

Sakis’s peaceful oasis makes for even more enjoyable stay due to friendliness and helpfulness of the host who goes an extra mile to make your stay an unforgettable one. From upgrading us to a bigger apartment due to easier access with baby stroller to providing local recommendations (covering all aspects, cuisine, shopping, etc. ) Sakis truly stands out as host and as person. He and his mother put a lot of love and effort into maintaining the olive garden which offers a peaceful retreat after a busy day at the beach. Highly recommended!

From an amazing garden directly on to a wonderful and large beach! A very special place run by very special people, Sakis and his mother. Feels like coming to our second home everytime we return here!

The accomodation was perfect, the owner of the studio Sakis is wonderful, kind and wants to help and recommend everything, from the nice places, food, beaches. The apartments are nice, clean, with the beautiful garden. The beach is 50m from the apartments. We enjoyed our vacation and we will definitely come again.

If you are looking for a place for a relaxed vacation and real enjoyment, this is the right place for you.
Clean, cozy and comfortable. The owner Sakis is kind and smiling, a very hardworking man and always ready to help.
A beautiful place, with a beautiful garden with olive trees, greenery, beautiful flowers. At guests' disposal there is canopies with tables and chairs, a grill with all accessories so you can cook anything.
Only a few steps, across the street is a beautiful sandy beach, where the owner Sakis has provide sunbeds and umbrellas for his guests. Sunbeds are placed at the entrance of the beach, from where you take them yourself and return them to the same place at the end of the day.
Overall we had a wonderful vaccation and with pleasure will visit this place again.
The only that bothered us were the mosquitoes, so my advice before you arrive in Toroni is to get some mosquito repellent.

Studios Lainis are amazing for what you are paying, one of the best places I've stayed in Greece for this price, the host is one amazing and very friendly and polite human being who was always there to check if everything was okay and provide us with everything we needed and gave us all the info about Toroni that we needed.
The room was very clean, and cleaned and swapped towels every 3 days which is amazing.
We got free sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach to use for the entire stay, there is very big parking in shades of beautiful trees in the backyard which is very spacious.
We had an amazing view of the sea on a spacious balcony, very comfortable twin bed, full kitchen with big refrigerator, bathroom was a bit small but we didn't mind and that's the only "negative" thing I could point out if I was nit-picking, all in all highly recommended you won't regret staying here. We were really sad to go and felt like at home thanks to the wonderful host we had.
