I wouldn't know where to start in the description of this hotel and my stay here, except explaining what actually made the difference between this and others of Veria: kindness and availability to the first, random, phone contact. I spoke to Katerina and I invested her with questions, doubts, etc. : she kept reassuring me and, instead of pushing into the room reservation, as many do (saying maybe to quickly confirm that there is only one room left), she gently answered me to think about it and that I could eventually recall it in the evening or even the next day. Well: in fact they were not indispensable for my kind of stay all the wonders that I later found, but the courtesy to feel at home, that yes. And it is the characteristic that distinguishes everything, but everything, the young but qualified hotel staff: they wait for you, they call you by name, you feel that you are not the guest 216, but Elisa. Are you coming after a bad flight and an hour of freeway? They ask you how you are, if you need something, not to worry about the formalities and that you can sit in the room, where a coffee with a smile will arrive.
➜ Pleasant welcome, upgrade to suite as the room bedding initially offered was not suitable (small attention local cakes and bottle of mineral water). Clean staff pool with small care, towels provided and carafe of fresh water on arrival.
I would like to thank this hotel especially for its kindness towards its clientele. Bravo!
A little advice inside the rooms would benefit from being redecorated otherwise everything is nickel.
