As expected, the hotel review isn't necessary. Big rooms, clean, some of them with great balconies with a great view over the sea.

Very nice and beautiful place, we were here at New Years eve the apartment is very clin and the view from the terrace to the sea is wonderful.
The hosts are very helpful and pleasant.

We just spent amazing holiday here very clean apartment very near to beach and all facilities thanks to fotis for the warm welcoming, if we came back to perea for sure this will be our destination.

These studios are incredible. They are very modern, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location for enjoying the beach and the taverns. Cleaning was done and towels were replaced every day.

The owner was great and very professional, apartment was also super nice and cute with such a enough place. The price is also very very affordable I definitely recommend.

We consider this our home away from home. We stayed in one of the apartments two years in a row and everything was great. Nice, big, comfortable, clean, with all amenities.

The villa it's ok. It needs some renovation. The pools definitely needs some maintenance as you see in the photos below. At the pool there are a lot of screws.
