Not quite the rooms from the booking website pictures. We received first a room from the second world War with bathroom ceiling falling on us. After asking for another room we received one with renovated bathroom that was decent enough to make the stay bearable. Advice for the owners or maintenance staff: take better care of your hotel. Friendly staff and that is why it receives 2 stars instead of only one.

The room was not cleaned of dust/vacuumed. The bathroom's air vent was broken. The AC in room 307 was not powerful enough to make it cool, so you ended up sweating. Also the cleaning ladies sometimes forgot to refill the bathroom consumables (soap, shampoo, toilet paper). The reception employees were sloppy and over their heads, they did not know which rooms were going to be checked-out or checked-in. They gave information that later was proven to be wrong. Also the hotel's parking is underground and the available space is small (8 cars) and you can easily be blocked by other guests. But overall the experience was ok.

Great hotel located near the beach and Center of Kavala. The room had sea-view and was clean and bright. The bathroom and shower worked very well. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Wenn we're provided with an underground parking space.

Terrible hotel, dirty, smell. You can hear the neighbors breathing. Other neighbors arranged a disco until 2 a. M. The hotel's management did not affect.

I adored my comfortable as well as modern room with a sea view! I must add: the breakfast was amazing — great selection, fresh ingredients, lots of fruit and vegetables, local biscuits and freshly baked bougatsa — just the way a Greek breakfast ought to be! Plus, friendly and helpful staff. As promised, I will be back :)

From the entrance it looks like a good hotel but the room and the especially the bathroom is very small. Also its ceiling is too short to take a shower! And very very little place to take a shower!

Very noisy… located in an area with high traffic. Almost impossible to sleep if the room is on the wrong side.

Nice hotel, i've Ben there long time ago but now the rooms are New tidy And comfortable, receprion stuff is kind and smily, breakfast is with great variety.

Very good hotel in the midle of Kavala. Room was good and staff were very pleasant.

Very polite and helpful manager, stuff doing its best to serve you well. Most rooms have recently been renovated and most of the bed mattresses have been replaced. Nice view from the rooms facing the sea but the back side of the hotel is on a narrow busy street and the so-called city view is actually the view of the blocks of flats on the opposite street side.

Breakfast is very good. Closer to Public Beaches.

The room was not properly cleaned. The hotel is outdated and even that we booked a renovated room, the furniture was old. There were spots on the carpets and sheets. The parking was small and dirty. It is a shame for the owners and the management, because the staff were very polite and they responded kibdly and quickly to our request to have a quieter room. The lobby looks okay and it is probably the best place in the hotel The location is very good and the rooms overlooking the main road have a view to the sea. Sadly, we decided to leave as the property was not what we expected, no partial refund was offered.

Very nice place, wonderful view for a weekend. There is free parking at the hotel. Very good breakfast.

The rooms are spacious. The furnishings are not very new. Clean in the middle. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms with furniture a bit dated but spacious and functional. Bed not very comfortable but decent. The bathroom needed some maintenance but fully functional. Breakfast plentiful and good, but in the company of pigeons on the terrace … Staff helpful and efficient. Room for improvement.

Great hotel! Nice rooms, food and staff. In the perfect area, close to the old castle and the beach. It was nice staying here.
