Amazing villa and host. Everything in the house is new and perfectly done. The balcony is lange and the view is unique. Nikos is very friendly and answered every our question. We are pleased and can't wait to go to Nia Mare again. Our rating is not 5/5, but 7/5.
Stunning, newly renovated villa. You actually get the top two floors, but it really feels like you have the whole villa for yourself. It has a separate entrance and is fully independent. Inside it has just been renovated to a high standard. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area with a well equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 8, large living room with 3 couches and a big 4K TV. The internet is good — 50MBs. It is clean. It has mosquito nets everywhere. It is well air-conditioned and the building is insulated, so it keeps the cool. 2 large balconies — one on the top floor with stunning views. The garden is full of old olive trees with plenty of parking space. It is home to a family of cats and 3 hedgehogs and lots of fireflies. Nicos and his father are wonderful hosts. Really nice and helpful. There is a bakery opposite the villa and a large supermarket 5-7min walk. Town is 10-15min walk away. Highly recommended.

The villa is great, as is the attitude of the host towards us. Very cozy, equipped with everything you need, great terrace and view. Everything was perfect!
