Great atmosphere! Great host! Great food!

No words can describe how much my family and I love Platanorema… So I will just say that we have been there 6 years in a row now and we will go there again and again. We consider the staff as family, because they are wonderful hosts, and now, true friends. From the delicious, organic food and fun activities to the sweet serenity and beautiful people, Platanorema is a haven for families who seek a home away from home. Highly recommended.

I didn't see a farm. It's a restaurant especially for events like weddings etc.

A place for those who appreciate, respect and want to get connected with the beauty of Greek Nature.

Nothing special! Very slow staff and very poor English!

Wonderful place, clean and cozy, genuine cuisine, self-produced meats. Friendliness is welcome. Stray animals like the poni.

Goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, horses, etc. Home-living animals of different sizes and years of the genus:) Friendly host will show everything and tell.
The tavern is delicious, and the hotel will offer authentic accommodation. A lovely place. Recommended for viewing.

Definitely a 5 out of 5! We have just left Platanorema and our daughter keeps asking, tears in her eyes: will we be back next year, mum? :) Platanorema is a real gem and a perfect destination for families with kids, nature and animal lovers and all those looking for peace, serenity, and a real Greek atmosphere. Comfortable stone semi-detached houses, a great restaurant, lots of animals around — especially gangs of cute kittens and friendly dogs, horses waiting to take you on a horseback adventure, an awesome climbing wall and adventure track for kids and adults alike, peaceful and quiet surroundings — at a bit of a distance off the coast, but nevertheless a conveniently located base to explore the beaches of Sithonia. But most of all — the people! The staff at Platanorema is family-like, made us feel very welcome and were very helpful and attentive at all times. There is a great horse-riding instructor, a nice waiter, great cooks and all the other staff who were always nice and helpful. And then there's the owner — a great example of Greek hospitality and spirit, always finding the time to share a beer and a few stories. Thank you for making our stay at Platanorema so enjoyable! We would love to come back one day (and if you build a pool, we will come back in a heartbeat! :D). All in all — an awesome place, good people, great food and a genuine Greek feel — you will find it all at Platanorema. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Monika, Filip and Zuza from Poland :)
