NEW MANAGEMENT – NEW IDENTITY.
The property formerly operating as Fiore Levante Villas has now transitioned to a new, fully independent management and operates under a new name: Orothea Guesthouse.
The new business has absolutely no connection with the previous owners or the former management. Any past reviews refer exclusively to the previous operation.
We are beginning a new chapter with professionalism, care, and genuine respect for every guest.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this host was rude as anything we arrived a little later and he seemed rather annoyed at the fact we didn’t let him pick us up from the airport which was strange and then he showed us about the place and it was not clean or hygienic at all and he told us before we arrived the room tax price and then proceeded to ask for 100 euro more which we didn’t have, and then he left the room and 2 minutes later just walked in without knocking and the air conditioner was rubbish barley worked and leaked everywhere and the day later we left and re booked elsewhere and then the owner proceeded to call us names and a few days later he sped his truck up right next to us and flew by us so fast the guy is evil please please don’t stay here whatever you do.

Very bad experience. Do not recommend!
The host is a very rude guy as well as he always complains abouth something.
He asked more money because we use the aircondition, even the whether was extremly hot over 40°C. He said that always have to ask him when using the aircondition or something else as the electricity is very expensive. By the way there is only one very old aircondition in the living room which is very noisy. No airconditions in the bedrooms.
He was even complaining that after 10 o'clock we are still in the apartment.
There is a swimming pool but it doesn't work. If someone wants to use the barbecue has to ask him for a permission. Not quite sure there is a barbecue as I haven't see it.
Actually if you want to use something in that villa, you should always ask him for a permission.
The apartment is poorly equipped, you have to bring almost everything-toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, shampoo even a knife… There is no dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave.
The Wi-Fi connection is very bad.
That guy is thinking only about the money, he doesn't care about the guests.
The owner Nikos tried to make our vacation terrible…
I'll never go back to that place! Do NOT recommend it.
