Kostas is the best host I've ever had. We were 4 couples staying there for 4 nights, but this place was exactly what we were looking for. Having rental cars made it easy to move around the island. However, if you want to have a walk to the beach, Katelios is nearby and it has a sandy beach with shallow water.
Kostas lives near the big house accommodating 8 appartments/rooms, but you will not feel monitored by any means, rather feel that he is right there when you need something.
The house has a very minimalist backyard garden where you can sit and relax after a long day exploring the island. In the first day I felt that there was a need for a pool, but I think that this is missed on purpose.
Kostas was so kind to pay for our drinks when we accidentaly met in the local taverna, best host ever!

Great experience from the welcoming, to the room and the recommendations on what to do around the island. Kostas is a fantastic host, and has created a sanctuary, 5 mins away from the vibrant village of Kateleios.
The rooms have everything you might need, super clean and every morning you can opt for an in-room breakfast!

If you love peace and nature, this is highly recommended. Friendly manager and a fantastic breakfast. Beautiful garden and super well maintained. Rooms are super clean. We would book it again in a heartbeat. We had wonderful days, thanks Kostas.
