Stayed here while in Zakynthos. The owner is really caring about this place. She will visit every day the rooms and talk with the people. She will bring anything you ask. There is all night security to guarantee your safety. The 4 stars are for 2 things: 1) relatively noisy from time to time as the upper rooms belong to a relative of the owner of the down who does not really bother much. 2) cleaning is every 2 days. That is alright BUT the cleaning of the floors is adequate which means the job isn't done correctly. Also cleaning means to clean the taps, the douche cabin etc which is not done. In any case the owner is really trying to deliver better services of rest Laganas and I think she is succeeding. Thank you for the staying and hospitality Mrs. Tasia.
