I love this place. It’s perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday — the food is always lovely, the staff are brilliant and can’t do enough for you! Everywhere is always clean & we have just returned from our 4th visit with another lined up already for next year. 👍🏻

Fabulous hotel, really helpful staff, good choice of food, a la carte restaurant fab it`s small and personal, modern rooms, beautiful gardens, lovely quiet relaxing pools and jacuzzi. Good evening entertainment. The snack bar is sooo good, Nicky is so attentive. The beach is a 5 min stroll, beautiful beach and shocking how warm the water is. We were there for partners birthday 2nd August 19, staff left a card and beautiful dish of cakes and sweets Going back this year. … 10/10 Thanks for a fab stay x.

We had 10 days here in June. The hotel was amazing. The people were so helpful and friendly. The food was lovely. It had a lovely atmosphere. Nikki on the snack bar worked so hard and always had a lovely smile. She remembered your name from day one. Costas on the evening bar remembered your drink and there was always one waiting for us. I would highly recommend.

Everything about it, from the room to the fab staff to the anazing food, plenty of choice, nothing is too much for them. Cannot wait to return.

It is a lovely hotel, we have now visited 3 times. Staff are very friendly, food is fab, drinks are plentiful on all inclusive, great location near the beach and not far from restaurants, shops and bars.

Just come back from our honeymoon here. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. Food was delicious, especially the cakes and selection of croissants (at breakfast).

Excellent Hotel clean modern. Very friendly staff. Choice food superb. Nice pool not far from beach. If you are looking for Hotel to relax this is place to come. There is some entertainment but we came in May but ideal for us if you don't want constant noise, just enough.
Definitely come back. Near airport but apart from that there are bikes to hire nearby, cars jeeps etc and lots of trip s available at extra cost. Great holiday!

Lovely part of the island, close to clubs, beach and has access to a nice pool as well as free on-site facilities. Buffet for all meals is well cooked and caters to all different palettes so there's something for everyone.

I'm just back from a wonderful weeks holiday staying at Bitzaro Grande Hotel. The Hotel is beautiful, food fantastic (compliments to all the chefs) ALL staff are superb, especially (hard working Nikki at pool Bar, cheeky Kostas 1, Young Kostas 2 serving in main bar, not forgetting Karin and many others whose names have slipped my mind. I highly recommend this hotel it made the holiday even more enjoyable. Xxxxx.

What can I say about this hotel if I could give it 10 star's I would. Have been in room 236 for the last 10 days and am sad to say are checking out later today. The staff are amazing, the food in the restaurant was lovely never had a problem finding something to eat. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and spotless. I would like to thank Takis at reception also Karin for all there help during our holiday. The restaurant staff, the bar staff Kostas and Kostas yes there are two of them and not forgetting the two lovely cleaning ladies that cleaned our room everyday. Thank you Bitzaro grande hotel for a fantastic holiday in Zante we will miss you. Ps we will certainly be back Jackie and Dougie xxx.

Fast check in. Clean rooms, clean relaxing pool areas. Food lovely, staff very pleasant and helpful. Meal times were not chaotic. Evenings were relaxing. Some local evening entertainment. Main bars and shops and beach a five minute walk away. It did have its faults but that didnt distract from a great holiday.

Good food and service Whole complex very clean and tidy. Room we had wa and very spacious clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Recommended.

Perfect hotel, friendly staff, clean, pleasant rooms, air conditioning was effective which it needed to be as the days were over 30 degrees. The food is excellent with plenty of Greek influence, it's a small hotel so choice isn't huge but you expect that and it catered for all our needs. There is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes to the Kalamaki "strip" all relatively flat except for the last 50yds or so to the main road. There is some aircraft noise but it didn't bother us. Local alcohol served is OK we didn't get bad heads so that's fine in our book! Definitely go back.

Fab hotel and excellent staff. Entertainment, well there isn’t any. The 3 days there is, it was not worth it. Rubbish. However the hotel is clean and cannot fault it. The staff were friendly. Food was excellent and for all inclusive it didn’t feel repetitive. Silly rule in the restaurant at night about men wearing flip flops, but no such rule for women which I found very odd. So I could wear my flip flops and he couldn’t! My husband had to change into trainers every night for dinner, which to me, his evening flip flops (leather ones) would have been a better choice. They didn’t insist on the long trousers and allowed him to wear shorts instead. Apart from the freak weather we had, we had an enjoyable time. It’s close to shops and beach which is great.

Had a lovely holiday here, staff very friendly, room was clean and the weather was outstanding. What more can you ask. Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful hotel, quality food, great for a relaxing holiday. If you are happy to sit and talk with friends and family this place is perfect. If your after something lively with nightly entertainment go elsewhere. I would be very happy to go back.

Was there for 2 weeks back in 2015. I loved it. Delicious food and Nice pools.

Just come back from 1 week all inclusive. The hotel was very clean and the room had just been recently renovated, we were told. We had a jacuzzi but the water was really cold, as was the pool so only went in to it once. The food — smallest of choices that we have had, nicely presented but always luke warm! There was steam coming from the dishes but it was never hot. The snack bars food was very nice and hot though. The staff are very friendly. The other disappointment was that to use the toilet you had to put on all the bathroom lights, so it woke you up in the night as it is very dark, could do with having a separate light. Very very quiet at night as most people play cards/dominoes as entertainment outside and only 3 nights a week. Zante town is not very big and limited to the shops. I would not go back as it was too quiet at night. There is a lovely beach 10 minutes walk though and the sea was a lot warmer than the pool so went there most days. As said though nothing for kids to do so would not advise going here with kids.

Just spent 2 fantastic weeks here. Beautiful hotel pool and gardens So clean — — — rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. 2 minutes to the strip 5 minutes to the beach. The staff are all great and the food, so much choice. You can't go wrong holidaying in this hotel. Thanks for the memories.
