Totally recommended! Big nice rooms, comfortable beds, very tasty food. All inclusive program enough to choose from everything. The beach is magic — clear Sea with green around, really nice and quiet place to spend holiday.

We liked it very much there, the rooms, the beach, the food and especially the girls from the entertainment program both for kids and adults.
We would've liked more if the food would've been more from the sea — fish, octopus, schells.
And we would've apreciat more if we would've have included at dinner free water.
overall, it was a great holiday.

I had a big problem, the parking was full and when I came back at the hotel, I parked near the bus of the hotel! The driver of the bus started punching my car with his fists because he parked his personal car in that parking space! I spoked with the manager and he told me that he will take care of this thing but I don’t think he done something about this manner so for this thing I don’t recommend at all, they are not so warmer peoples, at the reception is a woman I didn’t retain her name precisely that looks at you very odd and cold! The rooms are ok, the food 7/10, the beach is not the best…

Great for Kids. Very clean, good service, huge pools, quiet, great cocktails on the beach bar. Will visit again for sure.

Breath taking place, the view when you drive in its amazing. We were welcomed with a smile from the front gate, the receptionist had warm attitude and served us with champagne and cold drinks. Hotel souvenir store had a nice variety

What a beautiful hotel, comfy beds, no fighting for sunbeds or overcrowding anywhere! the hotel manager introduced himself to us & every member of staff were helpful & courteous, only downside & I say this only because my husband is restless it's a little bit remote! but if you want a chilled holiday, beautiful surroundings & peace it's the ideal hotel ❤️ I loved it x.

One of the best experiences we ever had. The hotel has great location, is newly built, with great amenities and a very friendly staff. We were given a large and comfortable room perfect for family stay.
We were also impressed by the excellent kids club and entertainment team that made our nights very special. Definitely the best entertainment team we have ever seen in similar hotels.
It is ideal for having relaxing holidays for families with little kids.

It's a very nice place that I recommend. We came back this year because we enjoyed the rental, clean and clear rooms, very modern bathrooms, varied meals, team friendliness, Taverna shows etc.

We ve had amazing 8 days in this hotel. Hotel is new and modern. What make this place incredible is that hotel is very well located, in front of beautiful, clean and private beach. Room was really modern, clean and well equipped. Food in main restaurant was good, everyday was something different. The biggest suprise in restaurant was manager Yannis. Really professional and helpful. He was the one making the time in restaurant really unique. There are also some things in hotel what should be improved as gym, mood of the staff in Taverna and Wi-Fi. I am sure that Thassos Grand Resort will be one of our places to visit in next year.

Best resort in Thassos! Perfect room, the service is very good, the food was delicious (we had breakfast and dinner included). A lot of delicious food, big diversity, the resort is really luxury for what u see in Greece. The sea is next to you, the tavern is amazing, great show and great music every night. We ate seafood but also sushi and it was delicious. We recommand this resort for couples but also for families! Best choice in Thassos!

Probabil cel mai bun hotel din Thassos. Merita toti bani. Beneficiezi de liniste, cazare ok, mancare ok, parcare, internet Wi-Fi ok. Are un singur minus: bautura nu este inclusa la masa. Dar asta e, merita per total. Parerea mea este ca acest resort este incomparabil cu restul cazarilor de pe insula.

Very nice summer hotel. Nice rooms, food in the main building ok. Taverna not excellent. Partly sand, partly stone beach. Shoes to the sea highly recommend. Overall nice place for families, for couples not sure.

New, beautifull and well equiped hotel for relaxed vacation. Would recommend to choose it if you are visiting Thassos because it is the best in the island. Specific aspects: Location. The hotel is situated in a private bay surrounded by mountains. Beautiful views are guaranteed if you get a room upwards in the complex. If you are planning to explore Thassos more, you will need a car because the hotel is quite far away from towns. Rooms. Very clean, well equiped, spacious. Perfect bed. Bathrobes provided. Pool and beach. Pool is beautiful, from some angles looks like infinity. There is a small pool for kids as well, although parents allow their children to swim in the adults pool (which sometimes is very noisy and dificult to relax for couples without kids). Beach is not sandy, more rocky, which we have found as a con, for swimming you would need special shoes. We recommend to visit Paradise or Marble beaches for a better swimming experience. Food. Breakfast is perfect. You get champagne, freshly cooked eggs, pancakes, salmon and a lot of other foods. The dinner is nice, everyday different fish and meat, but there could be more seafood, like octopus, shrimps, calamari for a 5* hotel. Staff. Very professional and helpful: waiters in the restaurant, drivers, room cleaners. The reception could be more polite. Also we want to mention restaurant and hotel manager Yannis (we hope the name is correct) who was doing everything to please the guests and made our stay exceptional.

We planned a 6 nights holiday at this WANNA BE 5* hotel. When we arrived, we were amazed by the place. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean and the view was amazing. We thought we were going to enjoy our days there. Then the problems begun the same evening. Bad service at the taverna, not that very good food… and my boyfriend lived without eating the main dish. Near us there was a family with 2 children. The mother was forced to go to take the dish by herself because her boy was hungry. Excuse: the dance evening… at least the waiters' manager assumed and apologized by offering us the meal. We accepted and let it go. The morning after we go to eat the breakfast. There… bad surprise… not a 5* star hotel breakfast. We go to the reception for complaining about the breakfast and that we wanted to at least replace it with 1 espresso (which is the badest I have ever had) and you have to pay 2€50 for it. And then the SHOCK! The reception manager replies:"YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE BOOKED AND YOU'RE FREE TO GO IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY! ". Are you kidding me? What kind of attitude is this? Then… ANOTHER SHOCK! The tour operator agency calls me to say that we have to leave 'cause the hotel don't want us anymore. So… WE WERE KICKED OUT BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT THINKS THAT THEY ARE THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE AND YOU, AS A CLIENT, YOU'RE GUILTY IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICES! So we had 2 options: we go to another hotel or they call the police!

Perfect resort, peaceful and calm, own beach, friendly staff. Clean water in the sea and close to other beautiful beachea if you get tired of staying in kne place.

Comparing with other 5-star hotels in Thassos Isle, this is the best choice. Place is new. Car parking is on the side and from parking to room there is an electric cart. Large rooms, spacious bathroom, towel change every day, bed sheets change every other day, free minibar refilling every 3 days. "A la carte restaurant" works also as a regular tavern — quality of food is very high, at reasonable prices (yes you can find cheaper taverns, as well as more expensive on this side of the island but food is rarely as good). Pools are quite large, don't get to bump into other people. Free beach towels change. Beach bar available, but they don't request mandatory consumption in order to use sun beds and umbrellas, even if you come from outside the hotel. Main restaurant — have not used it except for breakfast. Breakfast is very good — three types of eggs, pancakes, fruits and vegetables. Personnel is mostly Bulgarians, so I liked it — but in several occasions heard them speak satisfactory English. There is animation team, which is trying to engage kids for different activities, so this was also very fine. Overall — best Thassos choice for 5 star hotels.

Very nice resort, nice rooms, well equipped, great bay and beautiful pool area, however breakfast and dinner buffet not on 5* level.

Can't really say about the hotel but only the beach and beach bar. They both feel nothing like 5 stars. Staff was like some some people that just got hired there and looked like they had no experience. They speak very very poor English. Service was once for the entire day on the beach. For most drinks we had to go to the bar and get for ourselves. Staff was all gathered at the bar for the entire day doing just nothing. Lifeguard was at the bar for most of the day, not ever looking at the water. I like to believe service is better for those who stay at the hotel, but for guests is horrible. Beach. Was a pleasant experience as we used the floating docks to jump in the water most of the day with the kids. Clearly no cleaning in the beach as there were cigarette budds everywhere. To conclude I enjoyed our one day stay there but there is still a lot to improve on service and cleaning.

Poor staff service, do not speak Greek and their knowledge of English almost non-existent. Great if you are of Slavic origin.
I got up and left when the DJ said he was going to play amongst other music, "Macedonian" music. It was horrifying to hear comments made such as theses in a supposedly five star Greek resort.
Having said that, Agios Ioannis beach is a great place to swim.

Great place! Has its own beach (pebble, not sand) with many sunbeds. Animation team was good, the perfect balance between entertaining and leaving you alone. Food was good, varied. The room was very nice, all was new and clean. If you want quietness, you should choose a room in the upper buildings but you will have to walk upwards and it is steep but doable. You can also ask the reception for a golf cart to take you up to the room.
The hotel is secluded. If you want a restaurant outside of the complex you have to take the car.

Haven't been to hotel but I have seen the beach and the hotel and as far as I can tell it's HUGE resort with enormous beach with sun umbrellas. Also the entrance to hotel is private, there's a gate and only hotel guests can enter but you can go like pedestrian to the beach. The whole resort is far away from noise in the towns. This is 5 star hotel and I can tell that it's the great rating for this hotel looking from the outside.

Today is our second day here. It's a amazing place. We love to stay here. You have your privacy. Very beautiful place. Clearwater.

Amazing place! Perfect combination of seaside, nature, pure air and friendly staff! Suitable from family vacation, through a couple getaway, all the way. Down to a sports camp!

Overpriced 5 star hotel with 3 star services. Maybe next year will be a truly 5 star hotel, but as of 2016 it is not.
