Camping Paleokastritsa Campground

It is a quiet place with hot water at all times. Fridges and freezers for the campers and a lot of natural shade. The sea is 3 km away and there is no cooking facilities. In the pictures we caught a rat next to the reception and bare asbestos material on ceiling of the buildings of the camping. That is why the low score.

This place is a basic camping: no services except for hot shower. It has a lot of restaurants around and a supermarket at the front. It's even really close to "La grotta" a really nice bar/bath. Really liked it. It even had a nice view.

July 26th not so full. Price with no electricity and no car 20 euros. Many shades. Not so fancy but ok. Bathroom not new not old. Kitchen area very old. If you dont park inside well… outside can be problem. No so many free places. The street is very crowded and narrow. No beach. Arround 1 km to the beach. But again problem with parking car theare. Beaches arround are nice but not so close. And water on that day was very cold. Don't know why. Because of the beach and parking issue in the area we didnt stay heare.

Sorry I don't want to hurt anyone with my words but I have to tell my experience. I select this camping for my holiday in corfu but when I arrived at the camping I take the decision to spend my holiday in another camping, because when I arrived at the canping it was a big disappointment comparing the ugly truth with the awesome picture of the sight of paleokatrista showed by the picture in the website. The website shows that the camping have a beautiful view of the amazing paleokatrista bay. It isn't at all! Moreover the camping is far away from the sea and was in very poor condition. So I don't want to say that anybody can't spend a beautiful holiday in this place… I want to underline that the picture an description in the website are misleading. If they have so cheap fee there is a reason.

We've been 17 days, great! The campsite is very shady, the secular olive trees are beautiful, and thanks to the absence of entertainment for children is very quiet, great for those who love to stay in nature. Clean bathrooms, offer refrigerator service, coffee tables and chairs for backpackers campers. Near the most beautiful beaches of Corfu, we recommend CMQ Rent a scooter or car if not equipped with its own. Very nice owners and very helpful, very cheap prices. In Two words: recommended.

Good place, near to bus stop, and supermarket and walkable to beach, toilet facilities could have been better.

Friendly welcome, helpful. The place is manageable and therefore also quiet. Shopping possibilities and restaurants are enough. The only drawback is the distance to the beach. Bikes, scooters and cars are available for rent. By bike to the beach is only what is for the good, as it is constantly going uphill and downhill.

Located in a touristy area, few minutes away from the beach. Friendly environment and willing to solve any problems occurred. Electricity and fridge are found in central areas, and there is Wi-Fi at the reception. Bathrooms and showers are quite clean and well designed. Overall a well organized ground for campers.

A very good way to stay comfortably. The campsite is run by a very friendly and nice family. Except for the toilets, this campground is really top the second time here.

Very good campsite. Quiet in off-season, sanitary clean, ground shaded by olive trees.

Beautiful campsite against a fairly steep hillside, where camping spots are created with terraces. Lots of shade under the lemon trees. Very friendly staff and very good hygiene.

Even if not directly on the sea an absolute perfect location for camping. Stayed 5 nights there and felt super taken care of. Supermarkets right next to it and reach the sea in 800 meters. Likewise, the Corfu city can be quickly reached from there.

Super friendly reception. The swimming Pool is across the street to Phivos Studios go. Mini-market with a large assortment. Super delicious Grilltaverne (Spiros) 50m away. Very, very cheap. Absolutely recommended.

Nice situated, shady, calm in the nighttime. Cheap (2 adults 1 child 1 car 1 tent are about 20 euros). Kitchen and washing/dishwashing areas are poor equipped (cold water, only one piece of ancient and small fridge, all are a bit dirty). Not bad. Very kind personal.
