No shampoo, No body soap, No Conditioner, No slippers, No bath lobe. They have almost nothing what usual hotels have. Anyway the location was the only point I could praise.

Fantastic hotel. The employers were very kind, the rooms were very clean and cozy and the food excellent. The hotel had been renovated and has very good location in the center of the island and very nice sea view. I totally recommend the hotel and the island!

I have visited the island of Lefkada this May, with a group of friends because we were invited to a wedding. Our original booking was for 2 triple rooms and we got upgraded for free to triple deluxe rooms with sea view. The hotel was clean the rooms were spacy and the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was an American buffet and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend visiting Lefkada island and ionion star hotel to any group of any taste.

This hotel dont deserve even a single star. Where should I begin from? My room was in a terrible condition without a TV. We were 4 people and they gave us a room for 2 and they said that it was for 4. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not prepared and it had a bed for 2 and a couch. The floor was not cleaned and we hadn't enough towels. There was dust everywhere. The food was low cost and bad quality. There weren't much choices and it wasn't what we were expecting. We had high expectations for this hotel. The service was inadmissible. The people who works in the hotel had a really bad behavior against us and they were very ironic. I didn't like them at all. They should be ashamed for their service and their behavior but mostly for themselves. I don't reccomend this hotel at all. If you want something cheap you can do better otherwise don't risk it and book an expensive hotel. Whatever you choose don't book this hotel.

The rooms are small but rather comfortable. The security of the rooms is mediocre and the buffet is clearly lacking in variety. 3/5 stars.

I have been to this hotel for 11 days in March doing a course. What I know best is their reception area, the pool and the event room. It is a spacious and well decorated hotel. The bad thing about the room is that it has no good acoustics. You hear everything from the outside, both from the street and from the front desk and bar bar that are next door. In March the pool could not be used, it was not ready. The receptionist is very friendly. One day I was wrong, I asked for an aspirin for the headache and throat, they did not have and went to buy it without me asking them not to say anything else. The reception facilities are very small. While I was on the front sofas working with the computer, reading and playing games they have, on several occasions, I heard screaming from the office. Like two workers arguing aloud. Something little Nice.

Great hotel. Very nice rooms, ours had a great view of the marina. Very helpful and friendly staff as well.

Nice location. Only if you find a good deal, go for it. It has passed it's prime time.

Made a reservation for Ionian Star Lefkas Greece, 23-24th September they extorted £184 for a standard poor quality room FOR ONE NIGHT! The room was was sold as a Junior Suite (Definition Suite is a Collection Of Rooms) ; completely miss described, hotel was old tatty not clean, no hook for the shower head, no hot water in morning, curtains hanging off, looked as if painted by a child, a one star experience. The hotel sell this room for an average of £80 to locals, still too expensive worth £40. This hotel and Expedia uses the system to bid up prices on a demand basis. I am sure that the room and Hotel should have a maximum audited rate displayed on door in the room? It didn't. This was a completely extorted situation making the stay completely unpleasant Expedia robbed me, won't use them again BEWARE!

We don't recommended. We had ants in our room. No internet in rooms. The telephone doesn't work. The food was bad. The service nonexistent. Avoid at any cost! Basically it is a 2 star hotel with high prices!

Comfortable and very clean hotel. A foot away from bars, shopping malls, car rental and grocery store. The rooms are spacious and have personal bathroom, wardrobes, air conditioning system, mini fridge, Wi-Fi (connectivity is a bit bumpy).

Stayed there for 2 nights with my wife, 7 year old and 8 month old. Hotel was well recommended from people who are from Lefkada. The good Very well located for central lefkada and the nice restaurants and bars on the waterfront. Alex the manager was simply outstanding. A friendly face who greets you, looks after your needs and just a very nice guy. Despite the issues below I am still positive about the place because of how nice Alex was. The breakfast was good The pool was great and respite from the heat. Very good for little kids with shallow section It was relatively easy to park close by as long as you follow the Greek parking conventions and don't worry about no parking signs! THE BAD The air con did not work in the first room so they had to move us to another room smaller room at 1am (where it also did not work) then another room where it sort of worked. I had to sleep on the floor the first night as they were full. The air con was not much better in the second room either. We moved back to our original room and the air con was so so. Air con in a small room in the middle of summer in Greece with 4 people is a big deal so they really really need to sort this out. I was surprised that it was noted by one of the reviewers below as 5 *. It is not that level but looking at the price you would not expect 5 *. It is well located, with a good pool and basic rooms in a busy island.

The hall, I am giving 5 stars, but it's not a five stars hotel. The reason I am giving 5 is because it's what we aspected for the value of money we paid. Good food, nice rooms.

We went this summer with my family at ionion star hotel lefkada we had a very beautiful big room with sea view. I liked so much the pool and the housekeeping of the hotel. Everything so clean. The restaurant also is very good at good prices. Lefkada as an island is a perfect place for vacations especially with families.
