I was there on holiday in July with 3 friends of mine. We found the rooms to be clean and neutral with a balcony large enough to let us sit a table and sit down. The whole residence is in front of the sea and among the nightlife venues.
The thing that I did not really like was the bathroom: the hydraulic structure was so old that we had to throw the Cartaigenica in the basket because otherwise the toilet ingorgava. The "bathtub" had no curtains or anything.

The hotel is nice, and well positioned, near the beach and clubs. The apartments have a good view, are big enough and you have everything you may need in the kitchen. Cleanliness and and attention to details could improve, but I guess that it was fine for a 2 star hotel. When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of disinfectant, which kind of bothered me, but in a few hours the smell was gone, and I guess it is preferable to bacteria, on a second thought. The shower has a curtain that is useless and water gets all over the room, when you take a shower, we asked for a mop in our apt. And we received it, so we moped the floor every time after shower. The water pressure could be better also, but we could cope with it. The beds are a bit hard, but I am a bit insomniac, and I had no trouble falling asleep, so they are not too bad. The swimming pool was clean, the sunbeds at the pool are a bit warn off, we only stood there in the day of the departure, it was good to have it, could have lived without it, the island is too beautiful to stay at the pool. The staff was friendly and they did their best to help us with all of our requests. For the price payed, it was all good.

Good enough for the price. The air conditioning only worked in one room and sort of worked in the other, which resulted in some very hot nights with little sleep. Internet was intermittent at best. The beach views are incredible though.

Large apartment but too noisy during the night because full of teens and no control by the staff.

Excellent point x Nightclubs Pub is in the center of Ipsos very quiet place and much availability by the management speak little Italian but they understand it being a place colonized by Neapolitans.
