Great quality to value place run by friendly family. It is worth to climb a bit, because it in the middle of the hill. But the view from the room is awesome. Good cleanliness standard, great beaches around and monastery.

Stamatela Studios are located in the west part of Paleokastritsa, 5 minutes away on foot from main beach, Agios Spirydon. The villa is situated in a quiet area, in the middle of olive trees forest. From here you can admire the mountains and the sea concomitantly. The complex consists of spacious and bright studios for 2 persons which provide: air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, private balcony. Private outdoor parking lot. Internet access available. Guests can also enjoy free usage of an outdoor pool located at a nearby location. Many tavernas, as well as supermarkets, can be found in the vicinity. From the main road in Paleokastritsa, the road to Stamatela has sloping steeper as you approach and this could be a disadvantage for those who are tired. However, the effort is offset by the panorama that opens on the villa terrace and rooms' balconies. The villa has eight rooms, four downstairs and four upstairs all with sea views. Villa is a family-owned and if you like fun, you get to mingle with the landlady (photo), a woman very cheerful and kind. You can see her tidying and cleaning the yard, on the terraces or changing rooms of tourists, but also can be an invisible presence. In front of the villa is a sumptuous terrace with tables, flowers and an olive tree, perfect for a communal meal. In a corner of the terrace is a barbecue that can be used with ease.

It's a great choice for those who love silence. The balcony opens a beautiful view of Paleokastritsa. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean.

Wow this place was amazing and romantic. My girlfriend and I came here on vacation and had a blast. Perfect little place near the beach and very friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean, comfortable, and great working air conditioning.
