We had a fantastic family holiday (13year old and 16 year old). Beautiful hotel, friendly staff with great pools and private beaches.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The hotels setting is gorgeous, with a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds. All very relaxing we would definitely recommend a stay here. The local village Kontokali and Gouvia Marina are within walking distance for a few restaurants and bars. Corfu town is a 15min drive away, 20€ in a taxi, the old town is great and has countless restaurants.

I have been for 2 consecutive years the period of Greek Easter, Cove and beautiful sea… Top structure throughout, spacious rooms spotless, worthy of particular note, The Breakfast really excellent rich in everything sweet and savory, rare even in facilities of equal level. Highly recommended.

The checkin was fast and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly and acted promptly when asking to replace the damaged fridge in the room. The room on 3rd floor sea view isn’t really that big, but sufficient space for the queen size bed, a sofa and sofa table. The room was clean, although on 2nd day some ants were noticed in the room, seems coming from window side area. The big disadvantage of the room is the connecting door to the neighboring room. You could hear almost everything. Some soundproof insulation would have been a good investment. The breakfast is good, lots of choices. Even at low season mid October the restaurant was packed after 9am. So better arrive earlier. The gym has its basic tools and equipment, need to register for workout, since only 2 people were allowed at once. The pool area and beach side is nice and it was great to enjoy the sun on the bench. The buffet at the 3rd floor restaurant is 26euro per person and closing at 9.30, offering enough after a sightseeing day. Tried the sea side restaurant too, but wasn’t really my taste. Overall it’s a good choice of stay, easy to get around all interesting sightseeing places within 30…50min drive.

It is a place I would highly recommend inspite that we only stayed during a day, fantastic food and drinks and superb staff We will come back! 😎😎

Me and my partner had a lovely time staying at this resort! The staff were fantastic and very welcoming from start to finish. The room was comfortable and clean with our very own plunge pool to cool off at the end of a hot day. The food was excellent apart from the room service which I felt could be hotter but the restaurant and bar were just nice places to be and the stunning views were just incredible! The entertainment was a perfect way to end the evening. We are already planning a return to Corfu and this resort! 👍🏻

We are now in Kontokali. It is fantastic. The territory of the hotel is very green, all type of plants and trees, so beautiful, the staff takes care concerning each single corner and all plants looks wonderful. The staff of the hotel are extremely friendly and nice, we started to feel it, when arrived. Nice man in front of the hotel, immediately took our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, what a wonderful and attentive service. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, very comfortable beds. Special thanks to all cooking and serving staff in the main restaurant. All food extremely high quality and very tasty. The vegetables, the meat, desserts, everything. The beach always clean, enough places for everybody. The main pool is with sea water and lighten with stars st night! It is so beautiful in the night! We are the family with 3 children and all of us feels here absolutely relaxed and served as it should be in the 5 star hotel. Many thanks and full respect for all people who are working in this paradise place, we are so happy to be here. We are staying in rooms with garden view and with the door between the two rooms, very important option for our family.

Very comfortable location, just 15 min driving from the airport. Hotel provide a shuttle to Corfu town, only 15 min driving.

It is wonderful to have breakfast and lunch on the beach terrace. Food is delicious, wherever you visit, either restaurant a la buffet or a la carte! Life music in the evening!

Great hotel with private beaches close to Corfu Town.

We arrived late last night… so tired we missed breakfast this morning but had an excellent and much needed sleep. Just about to have a very early lunch of seafood salad. The staff have been very kind and welcoming. Its a lovely resort looking forward to relaxing after lockdown.

Just checked out and I could not fault this hotel in anyway. What was really superb was the care that the staff and hotel took to ensure that guests felt safe.
The staff at this hotel is a true asset to the organisation and I wish everyone the best in their future endeavours. 6 ⭐️ from me during these extraordinary circumstances.

Best hotel ever; And we visited a few!

We spent an amazing 14 days in the Kontokali Bay Resort in September 2019. The hotel was absolutely amazing, great staff and amenities. We will be back soon.

Very nice and clean rooms (Bungalow sea view), the food is very good and the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. There is nothing Negative to say. It is important to know that you can take if you have a room in the Bungalow, no paper (toilet paper) into the toilet. A container with a lid ready. The Hotel (with beautiful grounds) is definitely 5***** star value.

Absolutely love it. A real hidden gem, staff are so friendly, hotel is clean, cleaners are lovely, food is amazing, so much choice, spa is great, highly recommend this hotel, will definitely be coming back. ❤️

Nice experience and such a lovely place. Only wish the outside swimming pools were heated. There is no oomph to swim during the colder months of the year…

It's a nice hotel. Great food and beach. Very responsive staff.

Bottom line — great place. Service and food are best I found in GR. But I personally didn't like 2 things: No activity. We are the "entertainment officer" of your family. No dancing in the pool (no music in the pool) no sports tournament or other activities. Second — it's very "pushy". Everything is extra. For example at dinner — You don't get simple water. You buy them. I can understand beer or coke — but water?!

One of the best Hotel om the Island. Good Good, service and rooms.

On Arrival we where upgrade and had our own pool. Lovely hotel wonderful beach great location. The beach services drinks put a bit on the pricey side. 5:30 Euro for I large beer. Staff very helpful and nothing to much trouble. THE ONLY PROBLEM only booked for seven days should have booked for longer. Big thank you for upgrading us and we will book again for next year. Fantastic spa must try. Had a treatment with Alix half American and half Greek she was really good.

The season this year to 2018 in Kontokali Bay Resort & Spain is from 28 th of April 2018 to 28 th of October 2018. Its a very very good 5 Star Hotel. We love it all. The staff is very friendly. The town is very good for the culture. The beach is very good and near. — — — — — — — — — — — — — —

The Breakfast and dinner is buffet style and you get everything your heart desires. The two sections of the beach are very clean and beautiful. In the two-2 Restaurants-very good food. We would be happy to come back and we will recommend this Hotel.

The peaceful hotel complex makes a very neat impression and has two small sandy beaches are reached on foot directly from the hotel's rooms. Free beach towels can be rented here on site and drinks and Snacks are ordered by a bell on the umbrellas. A Highlight of the hotel's swimming Pool, which is lit up at Night like a starry sky. The rooms are new and decorated in a modern style and have free Wi-Fi, which is also on the beach sections can be received. Two Restaurants, one of which is an "a La Carte" Restaurant and the hotel's own Spa area complete the picture. The staff is very courteous and always eager to fulfill all your wishes.

Best hotel in corfu! Would love to come back!

Family accommodation 5-star hotel with spacious, well-kept hotel complex. The audience is international — English is spoken.
All the staff were friendly throughout. However, the speed of restaurant staff varies. Tip? The gastronomic offerings are recommended without restrictions. Buffet or à la carte, according to personal taste.
Our family room (terraced bungalow) was ideal for 4 people. The room could be divided into two separate sleeping areas by a font door. The terrace had a beautiful view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The cleanliness was fine — glass surfaces (table, patio door, etc. ) could be cleaned better overall in this hotel category.

We stayed here in September/October for our honeymoon and the staff were incredible. They left us a congratulations card, wine, treats and presents for our young son as a congratulations for our wedding. They organised transfer cars and could not do enough to help while we were there. Thank you all so much for being so kind and we hope we can visit again in the future.

Excellent 5 star hotel in a beautiful bay just outside Corfu city. Amenities are as they should be for this standard. Outside pool and beach are outstanding. Wellness center excellent.

There are lots of lovely tiny cats. Very clean, modern hotel. I liked welcome free wine and fruit. Breakfast is perfect, dinner buffet is nice but cheap white wine was bad for me… Hip on blue bus from airport to old town, and green bus to hotel. (Each 1.7 euro in 2017)

We had a fantastic time. The place offers so many things to be active and at the same time to just relax and read a book at one of the many beautiful places (if you want to go for a run, the treatmill is a better option). Or just enjoy the view. We stayed the first week of October and enjoyed the quietness. As we had a car we went for dinner to Corfu city from time to time which is just 10 min. Away. We had half board and the hotel was flexible enough so we could choose lunch (until 3pm) or dinner. I loved the fact that the hotel is directly on the beach. Food: fresh orange juice every morning was the best. And one more thing to mention — float in the pool with your ears under water — the music you hear will get your mind and body relaxed.

We just left curfo and still don't believe what a wonderful vacation we have had. The most amazing thing in our vacation was the outstanding hotel. Hotel kontokali is the most luxurious hotel we have ever been there. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are huge, the spa and pool are amazing and above all the service. All the staff including at the front desk, the bellboy, the cleaner and above all Kostas DOukas the hotel's maitre were extremely friendly and do everything to make us happy.
For sure not our last time in kontokali bay hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, the views are amazing and the stuff very friendly. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: 1. Food quality is low, there are no restaurants on the hotel, beside taste-less cold snacks there is nothing to eat there. 2. If you want to go out and eat something, note that you can find yourself walking on completely dark road. 3. The hotel has private beach but some unautorized people outside the hotel get into it from the next beach (which is public)

Came home yesterday from an amazing trip to Corfu, Kontokali Bay Resort and Spa. I'm missing it already, the most friendly staff and the amazing facilities! Our week there has been something extra in all aspects, the beach, the food, the service, the spa and the room itself. If we ever travel to Corfu again, we will certainly know where to stay! Thank you SO much for making our holidays the best.

The streets are far from comfortable. You have to arm yourself with patience!
Nearby on foot you can reach a couple of taverns including a beautiful terrace directly on the sea offering fresh fish in all manners as well as local cuisine. (Roula)
Without taking anything away from the Hotel
I only recommend the breakfast because the surroundings offer absolutely great dining opportunities! If you have small children, the hotel has a nice choice of restaurants.

The resort is very nice, quite modern, well maintained, with all the amenities and amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort.
The view from the beach overlooking the hotel is very nice, with these 2 small islands in front, the sand (not very fine), a small jetty with sailing boat and small motor boats.
Many rooms have the private pool, ours is sea view right in front of the beach is a quadruple (although we are only in 2), with 2 bathrooms, one room with the double bed and one with 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms are a real amenity!
The international Buffet is rich and is eaten well, although Italian cuisine is always the Italian cuisine!
The only drawback… the WI-Fi… in the room is not bad, although it had, at times, some latencies… instead, although available on the beach was poorly functioning (little band, often the cell. He said there was no connection but the Wi-Fi gave 2/3 notches).
People!

The exceptionally well-kept and very spacious complex offers a lot of peace and relaxation. There were always plenty of free loungers by the pool and on the beach. The very varied breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The freshly squeezed, pure O-juice is a force. The friendliness of the service staff throughout the house is remarkable. The rooms are quite large, have besides the double bed also another lounger. Flat screen TV with ARD, ZDF, 3Sat and Kika. The bathroom with large walk-in shower has a small window. Our large terrace with sea view was, like the entire apartment, cleaned daily exemplary. We only booked breakfast and therefore went to eat daily in the surrounding area. Div. Tervernen are within 10-20 min. Within walking distance. A bus stop is about 1, 000 feet from the hotel. Buses run every 30 min. To Corfu town. If you want to see more of the island, you should — like us — take a rental car. In the south of the island you can still find dreamy fishing villages, in the north cliffs offer a great view. We were here in the middle to the end of May 2017, had mostly warm weather and can highly recommend the hotel and the island.

Absolutely amazing views, fantastic infinity pool, nice clean beach. Friendly staff. If you're staying on a bed and breakfast basis I'd strongly suggest you rent a car as there isn't much around the hotel.

Excellent place. Top service and close to Curfu city.

Was there for a week, early Sep. Before the rains come (forget about the region by the end of September, too cool and rainy). The hotel is almost a five-star. Quiet, perfect for a relaxing week. Food is ample and changes on a nightly basis. Staff are always helpful. Drinks are a bit pricey but at least they aren't watered down. Beach area is four-star, and don't worry a moment about crime or drunks. The only negative I'd toss toward the hotel is the nightly entertainment. Sometimes great. Sometimes marginal. Otherwise, it's a great deal. Rooms are clean and tidy. Maids have your place clean by noon. AC in the room runs great. And the walk over to the bus-stop to get into town is about ten minutes by walking (roughly 1.5 Euro). Worth staying. Note, they don't operate in winter months.

We visited the hotel at the beginning of September and it seemed the place wasn't completely booked out. The room was decent but not luxurious, the hotel itself was clean and efficient but not glamorous. The best things about the place — and the reason we went there — was that it had a nice little beach and was perfect with small children. Staff occasionally seemed a bit frosty but in the end always gave us what we asked for. The food was fine too, and the hotel seemed to have made an effort to prevent any single nationality from dominating the place. 7/10.

Great place, great location. Propably the best service I have ever experienced in Greece. An experience to hope I will live again.
