Pros: Bay view, price and courtesy of guests (Petros also brought us a crate of water and recommended on the best restaurants/beaches).
Against:
1) a rooster near 6 a. M. Began to sing incessantly. It is impossible to sleep even with caps and windows closed.
2) Access to the structure is possible in 2 ways: by a steep uphill, unpaved road, to a lane, not maintained, or by an irregular staircase of concrete without railings in the midst of brush and stray cats. It's not fully illuminated. In the evening you had to use the cell phone torch.
3) The décor is dated: single beds (at least in our room), cathode tube TV about 15 inches with decoder for satellite channels. Mobile in the bathroom half rotten because the shower does not have the box but a curtain (short) and the water invariably flooded the bathroom.
4) Thin walls: from the room you could hear talk (and not only) even in a moderate voice the guests of the apartments next door
5) The fridge moped in the room (noisy) would occasionally leave in the night, waking us up.
6) Breakfast, however plentiful, is served at the time preferred by guests: it is not included in the price and costs 6 euros per person (12 euros for 4-5 slices of bread, 2 slices of edamer (from packaged packages) and 2 of cooked ham (also packaged), 1 cup of yogurt, 2 jams, 1 sliced fruit.
