Bad bad place. On arrival we was sent to a block which had no electric plug sockets other than the one the fridge was plugged into. Their was bloody stains on the bed sheets and about 100 dead flies on the bathroom floor … disgusting. We went back to reception to be told come back at 10 tomorrow morning which we did and they moved us to b block, this was a little better at least it had plug sockets … the pool was disgusting, had a green tinge to it but we was at first unsure wether this was the colour of the tiles but upon entering the pool u could see all the green algae around the edges of the tiles, I got a straw and scraped a tile and all the algae just floated in the pool. Disgusting… the prices of food and drink at the hotel was overpriced … 3 euros for a cup of tea I thought was disgusting… the equipment in the self catering rooms was bad … we had 1 fork 1 spoon 2 bowls 1 saucepan 2 cups nd 2 glasses … No toaster no kettle or anything. Because we didn't like the dirty pool we opted for the beach lay their a few hours on the 1st day for the staff from koulouris to come and ask us for 5 euros for the use of the beds. Which again I found disgusting… we're using their hotel these are their beds just like round the pool but a daily fee was charged to use them. On the plus side the lady that served behind the bar was very friendly. I would defo not return to this hotel.

Sooo we booked this place for two weeks as we wanted somewhere close to the town, aswell as the beach. This was ideal when we got there. We were right on the beach and had plenty of watersports, inflatables and boat trips which we booked and paid for. However one week into our stay, and they decide to close the apartment complex early just because they wanted too, and move us into a different hotel. A hotel that is further away from the town and from the beach. Am not happy as they only told us two days before hand, and not when we booked to stay here, we have just wasted a day of our holiday packing and changing apartments. I’m disgusted with the staff here and would not book here again! The water from the shower would go down the Darin and come back up all over the bathroom floor, and the staff wouldn’t even give us a mop and bucket to wipe it up with. It also says about having air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which you had to pay for seperatly daily when you get there! The Wi-Fi was stupidly expensive because you have to pay daily per device so for a family of 5 it was not ideal at all.

Just amazing place with a great laid back crowd and top service!

Nice place, friendly staff, nice location, food was ok but could improve on some aspects, rooms were basic but luxuries were available at a cost, rooms could do with a once over to fix a few issues (my shower head wasn't secured into the wall and a friend had a dodgy door) but over all a good place to have a get away for a couple days. Wouldn't recommend long stays as local day time amenities are limited.

Location wise it is good. Food and the bar could be lot better. Cannot say it is highly miss friendly either. Room was decent but the air con was a bit dodgy. Approach to the hotel does need improving particularly if you are walking to and from the hotel.

Still here at the moment great place great people and very clean appartments.

This holiday thought us a lesson. Booked in the last minute we unfortunately missed our fly. Our agency managed to informe everyone the transfer voucher bus included the hotel that we were going to be more than a day late. As we got on the hotel around midnight we were told by the receptionist to wait because our names were not in the list. As the receptionist attending the other guest we witnessed the security man shouting the receptionist about not telling the guest to wait for him. Then the owner named Vacilos came screaming the receptionist and then he turn to us saying that we were more than a day late and he has sold our room. I said to him that the agency had informed them. This time he was shouting at us saying that he hasn’t been informed by the agency, when we said that the agency phone us saying we didn’t need to phone because, they have done it for us, this guy Vacilos screaming at us saying that if we insisted we were going to sleep on the road! We were in shock. My partner just asked why was he shouting, by then was our words against to his. His wife a quite polite person said that she had a room for us for 4 nights when we originally booked for 7 days and we needed 6 days. The worse was yet to come.
They made us pay all over again and they charged €50 per night plus €10 per night for the air con a total of €240 plus €2 for Wi-Fi.

Bad first — very basic rooms (no TV, kettle, microwave), I stayed 10 days and had sheets changed once and 1 new towel (2 in room) — all had holes in! I did think at 50 euros the extra air-conditioning was over priced! That been said this I very budget accommodation and is ideally placed been a 5 minute walk up beach to get to strip — making it far enough away that you can get a break from the nightclub noise! The thing that makes this hotel (appartments? ) Is the wonderful staff who are always friendly and helpful dispite the majority of British turning into complete a55holes on holiday, great food 24/7 nice bar by pool, + Nadia the most beautiful barmaid in the world, big thankyou to all the staff!

My Husband and I had a lovely Holiday here at koulouris beach, staff are helpful and friendly, although it is a 2star and is basic it has everything you need and is right on the beach. It is only a 10 minute walk along the beach to the centre where there is a ray of restaurants and shops for all
We would recommend this hotel, and would come back again.

Basic rooms, no frills, no TV in room, rooms not made up everyday. Walk straight on to the beach from the pool area, all shops, restaurants etc only 4 mins walk along the beach, I would only stay room only in future as cheaper to buy food as and when required. Good for a short get away. Paid for half board. You get a cook breakfast (1 sausage 1 bacon 1 fried egg, 1 slice fried tomato and a round of toast) glass of juice. Have to pay for tea/coffee or the continental breakfast (2 rounds of toast with butter and jam) juice and tea or coffee. Evening meal. Pick one dish from a set limited choice menu.

Great holiday, amazing place, wonderful staff, recommendable hotel. We just had a lovely holiday, the daughter was in tears when we left. This is a place worth returning. See you next time dear — Sally, Sara and Tom, you all are wonderful and to our friend who works the bar on the night shift and Sara. Next time we drink vodka and not tequila.

Worse experience of my life! I will never ever ever come back, bathroom was soo small I could not even sit to poop, shower head was too low, Pans were filthy! GET SOME CLEANERS X3 I would not let my dog eat out of those god damn pans, will never come again thank you xoxox D I S G U S T I N G.

Has everything you need, pool, bar and serve food all day. A little further from the strip than ideal though.

The water near the pier is clearer and more shallow.

Had great time here with my family. Kids had great time where the only kids there at that time of year but still had good time. Staff where really good great with kids. Not far from main bit only walk along beach was adventure at nite with kids walking home with there torches lol. We would go back to this place with kids.

Overal nice place to go, close to the beach.

Just come back from my friends hen weekend this hotel is great its basic but everything you need is here great location and the staff are amazing so friendly especially the lovely sally and tom and great food we had a great time any problems you do have just ask they fix it stright away great value for money.
