The hotel is not bad. Delicious food, very beautiful sea views and Mouse Island. The sea is good enough.

We stayed for one week in double rooms on floor 7. Unfortunately, the airport is very close and the flights may wake you up at night. Some rooms have double-windows and doors to mitigate the sound, but sadly not all rooms. While the outdoors pool is very salty and warm, the indoors pool and sea provide nice complements and a lot of options. The staff is nice and the food is decent. I'd give it a solid 4/5 and recommend it if you want a vacation at a hotel as opposed to spending most of your time on trips.

Be noticed! There is a big difference between the hotel’s rooms! The garden view room looks more like a 2 stars hotel. Other rooms are better but still I Won’t say that it’s the best room I’ve had. The location is good but the near airport makes a lot of noise even during the night. The food is Good and there is a nice diversity. The hotel service is very good and welcoming. The overall experience is nice I’m not more than that. If you come to this hotel make sure that you get the higher level floors. have a nice trip Changed at the last day from 3 starts to 2 stars Because of last day disappointment.

It is a nice place to stay yet I cannot say it has the comfort of five star. It is very crowded compared to the facilities it offers, so I could not fully relax. The restaurant is very crowded there is always a cue in the entrance, that you need to wait for a table. This cue also exists on coffee machines during breakfast. In the pool and the beach, you need to wake up early and act fast to find a sunbed. The room service is good, restaurant workers are warm and friendly yet the people in the reception desk were not as friendly as they should according to a five star hotel. You also need to pay for the sunbeds to use in the beach which was suprising. Overall, I found it an overpriced hotel compared to the facilities it offers, which cannot be more than the standards of a 4-star.

Absolutely loved it. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Within walking distance of the bus to town. Walked to the harbour to get a boat to mouse island. Brilliant for plane spotters. Enjoyed it all.

Little dated and some areas need freshening up. Nice pool area. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner buffet. Would recommend half board.

Old and run down. Poor decor in the rooms. Amenities are the only reason the hotel is 5 star but would expect alot more from the rooms.

Hotel is clean and presentable, though the odd spot looks a little worn. Food is good, and staff are friendly. Good range of facilities on site. Not much to do in close proximity to the hotel, though you can catch a bus right outside the hotel.

Amazing view and 3 halls with all variety of food for breakfast, best of all five star hotels with such variety I 've seen! The hotel could upgrade some areas but generally beautiful!

I recently attended a wedding reception which was first class (congratulations Anna & Fanis). Everything was amazing from the venue, the palatial banquet room, beautifully decorated table settings and chairs. A wounderfull choice and quality of perfectly cooked and presented food. The band were very good and combined with the Bride & Groom and the energetic Greek families and friends made the celebration evening exceptional and memorable.

Very nice hotel but that should actually modernize its bathrooms. Paradise environment. Don't speak French.

Visited to use the indoor pool. Clean but a little dated (the pool area). Could have been warmer. Changing facilities excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The male front desk guy is very very rude. The hotel does not allow you to order food from outside. We ordered pizza from outside and this was the conversation. hello. Did u order food from outside. yes we did. Orderring food from outside is forbidden. Why Because we have a restaurant. Your restaurant does not do pizza. Ok. So order something else from our reataurant. Finish.

The room we were in is a Bungalo and it looks nice but the main issue is spiders and general poor maintenance of the building. This used to be a Hilton property but is in very bad shape now. The pool on a very hot day there was about 60 people around it but not one single solitary person in it. It is very old and extremely dirty. The beach for the hotel make sure you pay to use the chairs and a beach umbrella, eight euros on top of what you already paid to stay there. The food quality was horrible at best, the waitstaff and everybody in the hotel that work there was extremely nice and did the best they could however I would not recommend staying in this hotel unless you want to pay top dollar for Third World country quality. They say it is a five-star hotel, I give them one star at best. Most hotels I look for a quiet, clean, and safe. I'm not sure if this qualifies on any of them. They have live bands playing till all hours of the night that that goes through out the entire property every single night so if you are early sleep in early riser this will not work for you at all. As I say I pay top dollar to stay there.

Great location but the hotel is very good. (Elevators failing, smells of sewers on the ground floor, not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms) and very simple buffet.

We stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon in October and could not fault it. We arrived late and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had dinner (also for our young son). The breakfast was also wonderful — plenty of choice and again, friendly staff. The room had been upgraded to a beautiful large room with sea view as the staff knew we were on honeymoon. There were also complimentary sweets and wine left for us. The efforts the staff made, brought our honeymoon to the perfect end. We would definitely visit again. Good location if you rent a car, beach is almost private very good. The rooms very spacious and clean. The breakfast is pretty good, also allow you to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace, the staff is a bit slow, and clueless, and one should learn something of manners. The rest acceptable. A perfect place to stay and be able to tour the entire island. It is very convenient to rent a car.

Amazing view from most every room. Great food and lounge areas. The bar was fantastic and you MUST let George make you drink. George was reason enough to return. The little funicular to the beach was super convenient. Will absolutely return.

Fantastic hotel! The staff are very friendly and great fun. Plenty to do around the hotel during the day and at night. The bar staff are brilliant and the bar itself has different entertainment each night. The pool is gorgeous, with plenty of space and a clean pool, the pool bar staff are again brilliant. Very handy to the town centre with a bus stop just outside, or the reception staff are more than happy to order you a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel. Had a great time.

I loved the quaint dated European luxury feel. Like I was living in an old movie. Great views. Good restaurants. Lots to do. Beautiful pool. Nice beach access via an ingenious inclined tram. Fun bowling alley. This resort is tucked away yet still close enough to everything in town.

Missing things to be a five-star.

It is a five star that in Italy does not. It would receive not even a 3 star and it is urgent a restyling. The location is delicious but everything too. Dated!

Hotel in a great location with private beach but away from the center of Corfu. Former Hilton would need a revamp. The rooms are large but outdated it does not correspond absolutely to a 5 star hotel. Great Japanese Restaurant.

The view is excellent. There is a beach elevator and the beach is nice, you have a great view on the arriving and departing airplanes (from the water it's pretty interesting). The hotel is renovated but it doesn't really have a 5 star quality (i would say 4 is realistic). There was only one thing that was annoying: Saturday morning there was a notification next to the elevator: "Due to a wedding that takes place in the beach area 15/07/2017, the beach will close at 15:00, the pool area will stay open till late. Thank you" On the other hand it was probably a nice wedding on a great location.

A 5 star hotel that worth every penny, the hotel staff is no less than amazing, helpful, recommending and helping in any way possible, a rich and pampering breakfast, a varied and most satisfying dinner, the hotel pool is a saltwater pool and there is an additional indoor pool, an elevator will take you to the private beach of the hotel, unfortunately the water in this area was dirty and unpleasant — the reason is that it is actually a closed compound with no water exchange, the views from the hotel are no less than breathable (you may want to reserve one of the bungalow with a sea view rooms), The hotel is located near the landing strip but for us it was an experience (not something that is hard to get used to). Next to the hotel is a bus stop (line 2), which for a cost of € 1.70 will take you in about 15 minutes to the city of Corfu, it is recommended to rent a car for the more distant parts. In the vicinity of the hotel are several cafes and restaurants worth visiting (some of them very romantic). I will definitely return to the hotel on my next visit to the island!

Room not 5 star but maximum 2… The rest is luxurious.

Only note that I find negative is the Wi-Fi service in the rooms for a fee.

We recently visited this hotel in June and although rated 5 star I would definitely only give it a 4 maximum. The rooms are indeed large and spacious as previously described, are very clean. The staff in the restaurant are supervised by the head waiter, who is continuously on shift and whom always provided a first class service. The Wi-Fi is intermittent but acceptable. Some of the staff on reception were pleasant and helpful, others were curt and brusque. The Spa was actually undergoing renovation during our holiday, however they did provide some of their treatments during the last days of our visit, we could not fault the Spa staff who were a delight to meet. However we did not find this throughout the hotel. When requesting to keep our room due to a late departure, we were advised that there would be an additional charge which we agreed to pay, however we were asked to make our request on the day of our departure which we did, only to be informed that they were fully booked with a conference. No curtesy room was available and we were informed that we could use the facilities within the ladies toilets and showers by the pool. We were quite unhappy and surprised that a? 5 Star hotel could not provide a curtesy room for guests or give us the information of room availability until the last day as surely reservations for international conferences are made well in advance.

It has more stars than it deserves. That means that as the hotel is good, that which is clear, your satisfaction will depend on what you pay. If you pay €120 you will think that you have cheated, if you pay half you vote that phenomenal. All the hotel gives the image of old glory. The pool is not large, the left in acceptable. The beach is reached by lift, is not sandy, need enter with flip-flops, lounge chairs and umbrellas must be paid. The bar is a little expensive, I liked much more near Kanoni coffee (which look like a trap for tourists but is fine). The breakfast is buffet, very complete, including a kitchen in which make omelets and crepes to taste. The Wi-Fi a disaster, simply unbearable. The gym does not deserve that name, a low weight dumbbells and some thing vain that looks good in the photo. My room was noisy and used plugs, and not it say by the noise of them planes (that not pass by the night), but by the air conditioning and the mains. The room of bath I liked, clean and large. The mattress too soft for my taste and the pillows huge, but not me removed the dream. Reception and cleaning service were correct.

Just back from a wonderful holiday. This is our third time at this hotel. The restaurant manager, Pavles and all his staff, can not do enough to insure all you needs are meet the standard of the food is excellent, something to suit all tastes. The reception staff are a pleasure to deal with nothing was any trouble, a great asset to this lovely hotel. The rooms are big and spacious and spotless. I recommend a sea view it is worth that little extra, with a huge balcony. L meet a professional photographer working on a brochure for a travel company in England and said it was the best hotel on the island he had been in while doing his photo shoot. Which say, s it all. I stayed at Corfu Holiday Palace hotel with my sister and friend for a week in May 2016 and have nothing but positive remarks to make about the hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel has a great view of the sea and beach, it is well located (just 10 minutes to the town center on the bus), there is a huge variety for breakfast options and all the meals we had there were very tasty. Would highly recommend! Only suggestions I have are: the room balcony should be included in the cleaning routine as we had a cobweb in ours, and secondly the speed of the internet was slower after the second day. Otherwise, great job at Corfu Holiday Palace! I hope to stay there again when next I visit Corfu.

Best hotel and resort, we have experienced, staff so nice and friendly could not do enough to make our stay so nice, will be back end of May can, t wait know we won't be disappointed.

I'm from Bulgaria and I feel discriminated there. When we checked in a woman in the reception was rude and aggressive, not at all the kind of welcome you would expect at a hotel!. Not a five star hotel, breakfast choice poor, toilets around the pool area no soap, toilet roll or paper towels. Room and hotel were clearly very dated, old and in need of an overhaul. How can a 5 star hotel have a lift like that? I got stuck through the doors every time I got in. The only good thing was the view.

The hotel is very outdated and a bit in disrepair. The amenities are what make this hotel worth it. The hotel has a cool elevator type thing to take you from the hotel to the beach. Also the pool is nice. The food is generally mediocre at the hotel, The local food in Corfu is awesome so I would eat in town anyways if you can, the bus stop is very close by and its only $2 or so. Wi-Fi is very slow, however it does work, but you pretty much have to be in the lobby of your floor to use it because the signal is too weak to reach the room. Some of the people who worked there were nice but the first person I spoke to when I got there was very rude to us. Some people don't like hearing the jets from the airport all night but for me it was kinda cool seeing them land from close up. The noise didn't really bother my sleep. But if you don't like noise when you sleep either don't stay here or bring ear plugs. Overall though, not worth $150 a night. I'd say it's closer to being worth $80 a night with all the issues I had.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Corfu Holiday Palace and we fully intend to go back again in June 2016, all being well with the Greek economy and our health. We like everything about the Hotel and really there is nothing that we can find fault with. The facilities are very good, the breakfast choice and quality fantastic, the service very good, the entertainment in the Kefi Bar could not be faulted, the location is great, and the staff are excellent. We formed our opinions about this hotel very quickly when we first stayed in May 2014 and we met several guests that were on their third stay in less than two years. This last time we stayed B&B, but most days for our main meals we either ate at the Snack Bar by the Pool (one portion with a couple of side dishes fed two of us) or once at the Grill Restaurant, where we had Chateaubriand which would have easily fed three people and was probably one of the best steak meals that we have had. The Hotel has it’s own bus stop by the entrance and bus tickets were Euro1.10 if you buy them at the mini-mart by the bus stop or just a few yards down the road at the Mini-Market by the Taverna. Next time, finances permitting, we would like to stay in one of the Ionian Suites on level (-2) which have their own patios and access directly into a shared serpentine pool and gardens. Hopefully we will be back.

A lot of noise from aeroport, but the room is OK.

Wifi barely works, rooms are dated, and lukewarm bath water. My suggestion is avoid this hotel at all costs.

Came to 28. The hotel requires a kopital′nogo repair. Refrigerator brought on request. A television set is not working. Vypadyvaet 220V outlet: desk level. Safe on the key and requiring payment. While the impressions on the bars. Brightens up impressions, just great work by MuzenidesTrevel-Anne. I hope in the future that there will be pros in our vacation. (you may change the TV). Cheers! Changed the telly. Made a wall socket. (MuzenidisTrèvel otreogiroval fast! ) Went to the gym. You'd better not enter. Squalor and scrap! Dinner is good. (paid in advance). Paid all drinks. Wine from the 2.5 euros for a glass of beer, 3.5 euros. There is no bar! An excellent swimming pool with sea water. Shared beach. He can go anywhere. Sunbeds 8 euros. Sea-čûdo! Types of fabulous. The spoils, only to airplanes. (because it is close to the airport). In the morning, discovered that the empty bottles in the hallway are already 24 hours, their kids play bowling. There is a full impression that this hotel to anybody anything. Visit the game room and returned to 15 years back into the past for a fee. But there are two tennis backgrounds. The paddle is not found, noverno is also paid. On site there are two tennis courts (RES Cover, devastation). Many vacationers in the tennesnoj and roketkami (on the island of ATP tennis tournament takes place). Cleaning the room leaves something to be desired (not cleaned every day, full of ICC. Buckets).

Everything was perfect! should in any case on this island and this hotel! loved the food and service! I want to go back.

Attention, Pool not available as advertised. Rooms pretty run down, on an international scale, if at all, a three star hotel but for sure no 5 star hotel.
