Imposing lobby. Great rooms with ample space. Great breakfast selection. Very nice gardens.

Very hot and stuffy in the rooms, no balconies. The waiters are none, the service is below average, very dark corridors. One thing is good that there are a lot of shops and cafes. The choice of hotels is big, I do not want more here. Pompous and all.

Clean and quiet hotel. Good food at the restaurant. Congress room is nice, very good audio-video equipment. The bar is terrible — staff slow and sometimes you have to go looking for them. Waiting times up to 60 minutes from sitting down to getting the order.

Nice hotel with old style, ideal for company events. Rooms are always clean, although some furniture isn’t in best condition. Food is perfect.

We got a big room with high ceiling (me like), very clean room and the hotel in general, we had a big balcony with city view and part of the hotel garden, delicious food at the restaurant, very big variety at breakfast, friendly staff, located close to everything and a very nice pool which we never got the chance to try out since there were so many things in the area we wanted to check out. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for visiting Ioannina. Amazing ground floor salon with relaxing sofas and two enormous fireplaces. Rooms with plenty of space and twice a day room maintenance makes you feel "spoiled". The spa is really relaxing. Don't expect to watch TV on big screens with new technology ports like HDMI or even USB. This hotel is definitely the city hotel which can combine business and family visits in the capital of Epirus in an excellent way.
