Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price.
The hotel is in serious decline. Room maintenance is neglected—door handles are broken, showers don’t work, the beds are worn out, towels feel like sandpaper, and there are no shower doors. There’s no elevator, and we were put on the 3rd floor. We booked a room with breakfast, but there was none. In fact, there’s no service at all.
The price was higher booking directly than on social platforms, which feels misleading. The owners seem overwhelmed and uninterested in their guests’ experience.
The only redeeming factor? The view from the room. Everything else was a letdown.
Haven't stayed in a room so can't tell, but have been comming here for 20 years, and still as good as it has always been.

Situated overlooking the harbour, the hotel provides great views from rooms with a balcony. It's close to the shops and restaurants that Epidavros has to offer. Lots of free public parking is available in front of the hotel.
Room number 7 was very basic, tired looking, the decor very dated and with no extra facilities other than a fridge.
The towels were like cardboard, one of the lights was out, the holder for the hand shower was broken, the door hinge on the unit containing the fridge was broken, the rim of the shower unit was dirty and the glass shelving next to the fridge was dirty.
The hotel was cheap, or should I say inexpensive; no, it was cheap.
