This hotel is truly amazing! The rooms are quiet with breathtaking view and very well designed, modern and comfortable. Yiorgos, the host, is very polite and helpful, always with a smile on his face. The breakfast is delicious, made with local products. The pool outside is great! An overall fantastic hotel. Higly recommended!

A secret tip, we were absolutely delighted and will definitely again there travel! In particular, the modern, tasteful and clear establishment, and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good and very strong, you must lift at this point, also the friendliness of the entire staff. The rooms are very nice and really large enough with a balcony. Most of the rooms you have superb views of the sea especially from the pool area and the pool bar offers Breakfast and all-day Snacks and drinks.

Where do I begin? Hospitality beyond compare, cleanliness, amazing food, fantastic views, I could go on. Without doubt, THE best hotel I have ever stayed at. Well appointed rooms, air conditioning, cleaned daily, fridge, power showers, and the self service breakfast is enough to set you up for the day. We have been here four times and will continue to return.

We had wonderful days in the Renieris Hotel. The Hotel was super clean, nice, quiet rooms with a fantastic view of the sea. The Breakfast was delicious, everything homemade from the cake to the Egg according to desire. The owner gave us great tips and was very helpful and friendly. We can recommend it unreservedly. Between the views and Georgios (the owner) you can't go wrong!
Breakfast is the morning is filling and fresh, cocktails or dinner is also available for very reasonable prices.
It is a short bus ride into Chania but far enough away to relax and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.
Georgios is helpful and friendly and when we checked out of the hotel it was like we were telling our friend goodbye or see you later rather than the hotel owner.
We plan on returning soon!

Brand new, very nice, clean… 500m from the entrance to the clay ring road. Family management, they are really very nice, kind and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day, the girl even folded her pajamas. We have eaten at the hotel a few times, all cooked at the time and very good. What about we had a great time.

An absolute gem of a hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed at Renieris for 11 days, with my wife and son. Brilliant layout and easy access to the pool area.

Great family run hotel. Great service and nice rooms. One of the best hotels I've been to (out of 100+ hotels I've stayed at).

Modern and very clean hotel. It is in a panoramic position. Breakfast by the pool is plentiful and varied (sweet and salty). Happy hours can always be done by the pool with a sea view. Friendly staff. Frigobar in the room and bottle of water for only 0.20 euros. Room with balcony and sea views. A bit noisy with window open, but no problem if closed and turned on air conditioning. Great to recommend.

A wonderful family run hotel where it seems people come back time and time again — and I think we might do the same! A nice mix of nationalities and the generosity and kindness of the staff and owners seems to rub off on the guests. Very clean and close to the beach and town as long as you are happy with the steps (97 but gets easier). Ample sunbeds and no silly dawn rush to put your towels out. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice cosy hotel. Just renovated. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast served next to the swimming pool. Amazing view of the sea and the sunset! Beach is withing walking distance. Rooms are very well equipped. Parking place just in front of the hotel within their premises. What more to say. Very well done!

This place is awesome! Everything is very new/well maintained. Fantastic swimming pool. Fantastic view from above to the sea, beach and island. Friendly staff. Modern decoration. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/beach/supermarket. This location is ideal to visit by car all the west coast as well as the northwest and southwest coasts. Excellent value for money.

Newly refurbished Hotel is located on the hillside in quiet area with sea view Pool A stone's throw from the center. Convenient to reach several beautiful beaches! Good breakfast buffet, very nice staff.

This hotel is awesome. Staff are super friendly, helpful and considerit of you. When we turned up with a baby and pram they changed our room to car park level so we had no stairs and offered to store pram in reception to save us room space, great 5 star breakfast, really affordable for us in October low season, really clean and dust free out door area. Only place we stayed where we could be sure our baby could crawl around and would not pick up rubbish or cigarette butts which ment we could really relax. We booked extra 3 nights after our first night because we really liked this place. Other guests where nice to be around I think because they are enjoying such great service and many said they had returned here year after year. I high recommend this place.

Amazing hotel! Family run and friendly, you're not just a number at this hotel you're treated as a guest. Great location with amazing views, food was also fantastic and reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome experience! It seems to be ran by a large Greek family who are all very friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed they helped. Great location, GREAT breakfast, quiet rooms, and the facilities were great also. I highly recommend! Giorgios (the owner) is very sweet and happy to help with anything you need.

Wonderful Place just a few steps away from a sandy and clean beach. Cheap and friendly car rental just around the corner. So is the bus stop to get to Chania and other places. Most friendly and helpful staff, stunning views to all sides (the sea in front and the mountains in the back. ) Excellent food at the pool bar with sea view. Rich breakfast and extras to order, e. G. Eggs fried in home made olive oil, all inclusive. Many dishes (made) suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Entire place is very clean and modern. Anything you need in the rooms and reception, rooms are cleaned/changed daily. Good and comfortable mattresses too. Good for children too. Stayed here for 10 days and learned than many guests where coming back regularly. When we arrived, some booked already for next year. Small place, not many guests at a time so you always get a seat in the bar restaurant or a sunbed on the pool (both with sea view) and the food was always served quick and hot/fresh with little home made extras on the house. Absolutely superb.

Great suites with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and stairs down to the beach. Comfortable bed, great staff, decent breakfast (though light on options for celiac). Price was competitive, though we stayed at the tail end of the off season so surrounding amenities/shops/restaurants were still shut for the winter. Would go back if ever on Crete again.

Hi, I went to this hotel and loved my experience. The family run hotel was just what I needed — helpful, convenient, clean and friendly. I would definitely return when I come back to Crete. Highly recommended for all age groups — couldn't have been happier. Thanks again for everything ;) James.

I stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights, situated outside the ' chaos ' of Chania and it was hard to leave!
This is a family run hotel, where you're ' spoiled ' and you feel right at home.
I can't find negatives about this facility, I recommend the rooms ' sea view ' (if possible ask for the room 23, which, being located at an angle, it's bigger and airy than the others and with a pleasant pool view-Sea-Island)
The strengths of this hotel are:
— His position as located on a small hill a stone's throw from the sea, where (at least during my stay) is pleasantly ventilated
— Clean and rooms
— The friendliness of the staff
— Breakfast, with great products and a latte really not bad (I drank a lot worse in many Italian bars. )
— The pool, where you can relax in the evening with a beautiful panorama of the elevated position of the structure
It is also the ideal place to reach the main beaches of the western part of the island, as close to the highway E65
What else to say, if you decide to visit this fantastic island I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, I can't wait to go back:-)

I have been traveling for many years. Never ever have I stayed in such a lovely hotel. The host and owners are just so nice that it felt like visiting long lost friends. The rooms were just right and we had a view over the mountains, and we could even glance the see.
The bed was great and every thing was so clean and well organized.
We was served breakfast at the pool bar wish was great. The pool had a sweet view over the ocean and the town close by.
It was calm and peaceful and we could go down the steps to the beach for a swim in the ocean.
The bus stopped just nearby and we could go and see the old town in Chania. This hotel have only got to stars (? ) But for us a solid five star…
Just perfect and we will be back.
