Clean, affordable, central. It's also next door to a carpenter. Expect to listen to power tools until 8PM. MGMT will tell you to not worry. The shower curtain will cling to you like its last hope, and the hot water temp is set to burn your skin off. Lovely patio once the electric sander shuts off (see pic).
