After one week (that went too fast) I want to say some things about the panorama. The hotel lies on a hill so the wiew from Almost any room is astonishing also from the restaurant and pool-area you can take amazing ”insta:s”. ALL the personel are really trying the best to help/spoil you at all time really apreciated them all. Some of them to mention a little extra is: They have Georgia in the reception who is a gem for all receptionists 🧿 (the best). Giorgos in the main bar who is as a rock-solid man🗻, with excellent histories to tell. And at last the girl that serves at the poolbar, runs around an help everybody like a ant 🐜 on redbull. With a tear in the eye we leave tomorrow, but already waiting to come back again🤗🤗

This hotel is beautiful and has the most amazing views, the food is lovely (and I'm a fussy eater but I can't fault it) and the staff are so friendly, they can't do enough for us 😊 we have celebrated my birthday and our anniversary here thank you Leptos Panorama Hotel ❤️

It is such a beautiful place with great views, the staff are all brilliant they're so friendly and helpful. There isn't masses of variety in the food but what there is is delicious, the rooms are furnished really nicely I would definitely come again that's if I ever go home lmao😉 oh the lounge area is so peaceful to sit relax and have a quiet drink.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel panorama.
It is very clean, it is well located, the staff is very pleasant, attentive and very friendly. The food is good, the view and the panorama is exceptional. Really, to rest it's so nice 😊

The hotel is truly amazing. Cozy and clean. Staff is genuinely friendly. Food is very good and there’s a lot of variation in daily menus.
I can highly recommend the Blue Executive suite with direct access to pool. Compared to few other Mediterranean area hotels we have been, this is so far the best.

That was an unforgettable holiday! Beautiful super-clean rooms, professional and friendly staff with attention to detail, breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea and the shoreline, fantastic pools and beach access, great food and much more… A true bliss!

Staff are very kind and it’s such a lovely hotel and the food is gorgeous.

Lovely hotel, 5 star to me, swimming pool is amazing, staff great, love the ginger cat, food very very nice, and rooms very very nice, if only one issue, the massage was not great, 15mins was free, but if you want a firm massage then don’t have one! Gym is good, but not many free weights, games room is good too.

Relaxing hotel with fantastic view. Very tasty food and enjoyful restaurant. All inclusive at its best!

I'm only half way through my holiday and have had the best time. The food has been amazing. Something different every day. Rooms lovely and clean. Loads of sunbathing spots. The staff have been amazing and so helpful. I'd definitely come back.

Beautiful Panoramic views, I cannot recommend the food enough it is so fresh and tasty, the pool is amazing, the staff are amazing, all round definitely worth every penny, were on our second day so far.

We're staying at the hotel at the moment and had two amazing days so far. Great hotel, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and polite staff and absolutely brilliant and delicious food. Also love the ginger cat that visits the hotel every now and then, great emotional support pet (while our cats are being looked after in England whilst we're away).

Amazing week spent in this amazing hotel. Very very friendly and helpful staff, in particular waiters and bartenders. High level of cleanliness and decent variety of food. As the name suggests, “Panorama”, the view from the hotel is stunning.

Spent 5 days at this hotel lovely! The pool area is lovely spacious never had trouble getting a sun lounger @ anytime of day. Pool bar area is great for drinks & snacks main restaurant had lots of choices themed evenings too. Drinks served @ your table & always bottled water with it. Great selection fresh fruit, breads, every mealtime. Coffee was great too! We stayed in room 1014 nice clean what you would expect complimentary toiletries & towels arranged on bed with a f…lower nice touch. Outside our ground floor room we had a patio area sun lounger & sea view. Down side mattresses a bit hard. Aircon also very good. Tea making facilities would be a good idea (free) not €3 a day! Hotel would benefit from some entertainment as nothing after evening meal, we took local bus 21to chania €1:70 each way takes 15 mins. Beach across the road not great again chania bus stops off at good beaches or walk to kalamaki ( (5mins) on foot is better. Staff all polite & friendly.
Fantastic scenery sunrise sunset are some of the best I’ve seen. Little blue/white church across the Road is beautiful.
Overall a fantastic relaxing 5 days I would recommend panorama hotel and hope to come back one day.

This Hotel is excellent, friendly staff, great food, nothing is too much trouble, rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable.

A great stay. Hotel very nice, great service, delicious and varied food — a different theme every day. Hotel location very good, beautiful view of the sea. Close to the bus stop with good connections to Chania and towards Platanias. Close shops, pharmacy and car-rent points. The pool was great, with no-problems with loungers. The only minus is the beach — very rocky, in bad condition, but I recommend you go to nearby A. Apostoli where you can find wide, sandy beaches. Recommend for honeymoon :)

Nice hotel ideal for all ages. Friendly personnel and good food.

Very good even though the building itself is showing a bit age. Great food, friendly personell and clean. Great views of the sea. Beach from the hotel is close but not many people are there because it's very stoney. The beach 10 minutes to the rights is where most people seem to go. The seawater here is very clean and very warm. Not much to do in the nearby area so most of the visit will be for the all inclusive at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, very cozy, good food and rooms. Even in a small beach, the truth is rocky, there is a charm. We'd come again!

I happened by chance (the gate was open) I headed to the bar and asked for the formations to be able to take advantage of the pool, I was told that the cost was 7 euros per person, while I decided what to do we asked for 2 coffees, when I asked for the bill of the two coffee I was alarmed…. Amazing.

Like most reviews our experience has made this 4 star not a five star. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with new towels each day. The food is warm so it is cold by the time you are finishing your meal. Different containers would be better these steel drums do not keep the food piping hot. We are in the Panorama Blue section and for the price we made we are more than happy with this accommodation. The views are brilliant and it's a nice idea eating outside when it is a calm evening. Yes the hotel does need some TLC but we would return for a late deal.

It's a lovely location, with great food, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.

The place has several ranks of rooms, and we rented the cheapest ones without the ocean view. This was our first time in an all inclusive hotel. I'd say this place has the potential to be 5 star. It has a 5 star view and the placement of all the facilities are good. Unfortunately, the condition needs to be renovated. Inside the building it looks like it is from the 70's (apart from the lobby). The pool has bits of tiles missing, with fungal growth. The mattress is rock hard and the interior is definitely 3 stars. We came with our 1 year old and felt that this was a nice relaxing break from our daily grind of working/baby attention. Definitely a couple of unfriendly staff but most were friendly. The guests seem to be very friendly and happy. As for going all inclusive or not, I think it depends if you have the energy or not. I wouldn't recommend it for young couples without kids, although if you do come you wouldn't be the only ones here. Crete is quite big and renting a car for a day trip could mean 2 hour round trip easily. For us old folks who have settled down, it's a nice relaxing break and you wouldn't mind being bored.

Amazing views and pool. Food is good, drinks are good, beer and strongbox, usual local spirits in the cocktails but you can pay for brands, rooms Comfortable and cleaned daily. Entertainment is a bit rubbish bit it's a feet up and relax kind of place, a few beaches in walking distance, best one is to the right of the hotel.

This was not my first time staying on an all-inclusive hotel, but it definitely was the tastiest one!

Good hotel. Lovely pool. Rooms sufficient without being great. Fridge in room is helpful. Food ok lots of choice again without being great.
