The hotel is very friendly and helpful the breakfast is good and healthy, the hotel is well situated for the town and harbour, we will certainly be coming back.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and nice and the internet is very fast. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. The treadmill works very good. Hotel bartenders are very friendly and the food is superb. Cant beat the location. It's a block from the beautiful waterfront and only a couple blocks from the historic Market place. Pricing is very reasonable. I plan on staying here again on my next visit.

We had to change our hotel arrangements and are so glad to have found Kriti Hotel! The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful! The rooms are perfect. Breakfast was yummy! The location is perfect! Definitely will stay again!

Nice rooms, quite, helpful personnel, nice restaurant.

Staff was friendly and always happy to help. Ran into a lot of locals in the area around the hotel that didn't like us visiting from USA. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Just be aware if you are a tourist in the area to be careful and travel in groups.

A very nice hotel. Staff is friendly, the rooms are kept very clean and breakfast was wonderful. About 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.

Very smart hotel, albeit that my room is very 'compact'. Also no towel rail (s) in the bathroom.

Location is within walking distance of the old Venetian port scene. They have a free breakfast and a bar open until midnight. They also serve snacks like burgers, pizza and fries. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a pretty clean room. The showers are very tiny thought. I reccomend it.

Excellent hotel at the heart of Chania. The rooms are perfect. Breakfast rich. Beds are very comfortable. Totally recommended.

About as close to the historic center as you can get without being in it. Upper floors on the north side have views out to the sea and minarets of old city. Also very close to lovely waterfront cafes just south west of the old harbor. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Very nice room and friendly and attentive staff.

Pros: staff is super friendly. Clean interior. Clean pool. Breakfast is free and food is fantastic. Raki is provided free for your room. Free soap and shampoo is actually quality stuff from the store. Cons: room was small. Bathroom was small. Fans squeaked non stop. Maybe I am just too fat for Greece. Overall: Close by the beach, cafes and the restaurants. Priced well.

Very nice accommodation with very good service, both at the reception as well as the cleaning of the rooms. The breakfast was also very extensive. It was a pleasure to stay at Kriti! (And a lot of parking space near the hotel)

The housekeepers are amazing! They always left the room sparkly clean! Cleanliness is very important to me and they did an extraordinary job.

This our fifth visit to the Kriti hotel, which sums what how much we enjoy our holidays here. Great room (110) big enough for two of us, large balcony with sea view.
Every single member of staff, from front of house to bar/ breakfast staff, the chamber maids are absolutely first class, friendly, no request is too much trouble, already booked for early May.

I did recently stay at the Hotel. To sum up, very friendly and smart personnel, nice pool and the Hotel is very well-kept. I am sure at my next visit in Chania, I will stay again at the Kriti Hotel.

Excelent hotel, the only thing to improve is the Wi-Fi.

The hotel is nice with new design, the photos are relevant and the personal very helpfull. Wi-fi is wick in room and not very fast. After all it is a good hotel.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kriti Hotel… We stayed last year for 5 days and this time for 9 days only because the day we arrived happened to be a three day weekend and the hotel was full… The staff is to be commended… All of them from the desk clerks to the kitchen staff to the women that clean the rooms … The food is top notch… The rooms are very clean… God willing we'll be back for 15 days… thank you for your service and making us feel welcomed.

Great location, good breakfast and clean and modern rooms.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Beautiful and cozy lobby. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold dish and also lovely fresh bread and local cookies. Only 4 stars because the room was very small. It was near impossible to walk between the bed and desk. It was about 15 minutes' walk to the town area. It is quiet and convenient enough.

I recommend this hotel completely renewed in 10 minutes from the Centre of Chania sli. Great beds and pillows highs and lows. Air conditioner, fan and window. Good shower and complimentary toiletries.

Beautiful, clean, central and recently renovated :-) Very positively surprised will all. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy, definitely cheap for what it offers. I have stayed on 4 stars hotels offering much worse, much less for much more money. Even though my room was big, I did see other rooms. Definitely to the small side. However at the lever of most city hotel room size. Breakfast. Not a 5 start fancy style, but with plenty of choices, specially the local options super tasty. Highly recommended :-).

Very low price for very good quality.

I stayed Hotel Kriti for two nights, although I had booked for 4. The reason is that the second day of my stay I went down with an airborn stomach virus. After spending most of the day at the hospital, I came back to the hotel around 11pm and I asked the guy behind the reception desk for a hot cup of tea. The reply was "The kitchen is closed". I explained my situation (diarrhea, 40C fever, dizziness) but it was like I was speaking to a tape recorder, as he replied "the kitchen is closed". The entire conversation was in Greek, as I am Greek, and that hotel is the opposite of greek hospitality. I had to leave the room, because I spent the night in a hotel room with totally unhelpful and unwilling staff. I promised my self to never return to Crete.
