Beautiful hotel. Great staff and service!

Great resort, excellent staff and food in the restaurant that would be the envy of many Michelin starred establishments. We were totally spoilt when we checked in to the luxury suite, the staff went out of their way to make it special. The lady on reception Charoulia (? ) was so very helpful when we had queries about public transport or booking excursions and pretty much anything we needed to know. The place was spotlessly clean and in walking distance of two very decent tavernas but there’s really no need to eat anywhere else. The hotel also does spa therapy treatments, massage etc and there are themed evenings and cookery classes with the chef on Saturdays. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, great location 10 mins walk to the beach, fabulous breakfast and restaurant, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were very spacious and everything was spotless clean. Great pool area, very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place. Spaceous rooms and balcony. Nice pool and good buffet breakfast with various choises. Pool bar has great snacks and cocktails, with half-price over happy hour. Kind stuff. I would definitely go back.

Lovely, boutique hotel on outskirts of Chania. Near the bustle of the town, but just minutes away from the beaches. Very attentive staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Just finished our third visit. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms built around a central pool, all with separate design. Hotel runs smoothly, apparently effortlessly. Food shows flair and imagination. I would thoroughly recommend.

Went for a week after reading reviews. The hotel is excellent with amazing breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back next year. The only complaint put on weight after the excellent breakfast!

Except for being a hotel of really good quality, the restaurant is absolutely fabulous! They have a decent menu, all dishes consisting of local raw materials, nicely presented and calmly and politely served — accompanied with silent convenient background music that does not disturb but makes a nice and relaxed feeling. Genuine Crete food as its best!

Small Hotel arranged in two-storey buildings very cute with the pool and side restaurant/bar. Frequented mainly by Nordic so quiet and valid even for families. Very helpful staff. Breakfast varied and quality. At lunch valid dishes although limited choice that expands to dinner. Very clean rooms with a large terrace. Furnishings of a few years/or Greek taste but in order. For those who go to the area excellent choice.

The Zeus Village Resort Blue Mar & 'water park in Crete Hotel simply shocking! — Great disappointment and terrible experience from the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 18:00, and found that there was no electricity in the room, and the telephone line did not work and it sounded busy. We immediately announced the problem and did not come to fix it. Only the next day at 7:00 am an electrician knocked us on the door and woke us from sleep. The next evening there was a sewer in the room. "Forgot" to clean the room for us and did not exchange towels for 3 days. No one bothered to apologize. The food at the hotel is extremely poor and tasteless. We ate breakfast and went for a walk, when we returned at 21:00 the food was over and there was nothing to eat. We returned very disappointed! I recommend staying away from this hotel so as not to ruin your holiday.

Nice hotel, very clean but there is a problem if you want to sleep more in the morning too much light come from the door.
