Everything was wonderful!
The room was spotless, towels and bed linen were changed daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, everyone was smiling and made us feel at home. The pool was amazing – large, clean, and with warm water.
They even went above and beyond on our first day – our ferry arrived early in the morning, and they made sure to clean our room first so we could check in several hours before the official time. That meant a lot to us!
All in all, truly a great experience. The location is perfect – unlike Chania, where it’s noisy, crowded, and parking is a nightmare, Kissamos is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of charming restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. Falasarna beach is only 20 minutes away by car, and Elafonisi and Balos are also nearby. In our opinion, Kissamos has many advantages over Chania.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I have just read Chiara's review, I'm not the only one, & our experience was identical to hers. The hotel has a nice pool & the cleaning staff were very nice & helpful. Everything else was awful. The management staff are very young & although they were polite they were useless. They couldn't run a bath never mind a hotel. They would listen to every problem or complaint, smile & nod, & do absolutely nothing, terrible service. Shortly before we left a white shirt went missing from our room. We told them it had probably been mixed up with bedding when they changed the sheets & was accidentally taken. The reception staff refused to take any responsibility & virtually said we were mistaken & we had lost it ourselves. When we checked out they said we had a 20€ bill for beer🍺. We did not purchase a single thing from the hotel during our two week stay because everything was overpriced & rubbish. The breakfast looked hideous & the other guests all complained about the coffee. We refused to pay & asked them to provide evidence which they could not. In the end they told us to forget it. When we got home we were contacted by them, & Booking. Com, demanding 35€ for an unpaid bar bill. Gone up from 20€. They said they had video evidence of me stealing the beer 🍺 from behind the bar but will not forward the footage to provide evidence.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, offering easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Crete. The staff was absolutely fantastic – very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, and everything felt well maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Crete and enjoy a relaxing stay.

I had a great 3 night stay at the Regina Hotel. We came end of June, so not quite tourist season yet. From we entered, the staff was very welcoming giving us a bottle of water and walking us to our room. The view from our room was fantastic and we loved sitting outside on our balcony. The rooms were spacious and had a light feeling to the atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and everyday the housekeeper gave us fresh towels and tidied the room.
The pool was a wonderful addition. Even though we spent most of our time at the beach, we enjoyed an evening swim in the pool. The water was not heavily chlorinated and my eyes didn’t burn without wearing goggles.
Overall, the hotel is very family friendly with lots of recreational spaces and the pool. We didn’t have a car, but we could get the bus a 6 min walk away to Chania or take a 10-20€ taxi into Kissamos/Kissamos Port. The parking is free though and would be perfect for people with cars.
We would def come back and it was great quality for a good price.
Cons:
— hallway walls not as sound proof, so even though the hotel is generally quiet, if people are loud in the hall, we could hear the noise.
— for the price of 10€ the breakfast was a good buffet, but some of items weren’t really our taste.
— the balconies are connected, so you aren’t isolated completely from the neighbors.

The location is good for the people who want to get away from the noise and the city. However, it's far from everything, so it's better to rent a car.
Our room was okay, nothing too fancy, but the bathroom was very small and old. The shower barely allowed room to move, much less wash oneself. Another thing that was lacking was blinds on the window. The curtains were not opaque enough, consequently, when the sun came up, the entire room was lit up, which didn't allow for a deep sleep.
On the plus side, the AC was very strong, and the room temperature was easy to regulate. There was also a small kitchenette and refrigerator for people who prefer to cook themselves (though one might need to bring silverware and plates or request them at the reception). The view to the mountains was also immensely beautiful, and the balcony was large and had room to dry clothes and towels.
Unfortunately, they did not offer dinner during the week we were staying, but they had breakfast available. It offered some variety and it was always fresh, but the menu was basically the same everyday.
The service itself was very nice! There was always someone available at the reception, and the people were kind, respectful and very helpful, not just with hotel stuff, but with recommendations and reserving boat trips at the Kissamos port.
The pool was well maintained, there was room to park the car and the furry neighbors were very cute and adorable (I mean the local cats of course!

Regina Hotel offers great amenities, including a lovely pool, a beautiful garden, and a delicious breakfast. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This is a big yes from me! I will return!

I don't know where to start but this is the dirtiest hotel I have been in.
The first room we got, dirty, the bathroom like a swimming pool after having a shower, the sink stagnant and the fridge leaking water in the middle of the room.
We asked for a change of room. Second room as dirty as the first one, with no cold water at times so we had to wash our teeth with hot water. The shower ridiculously small, even for me that am tiny. The beds super uncomfortable.
They haven't made the bed in the four days we have stayed in the hotel.
The only good things about this hotel are the swimming pool and people in reception but I would not recommend it at all.
Don't trust the good reviews, they are 100% false.

I booked in this great hotel and it was like a dream. Many of the employees I met in this wonderful place, were informative and efficient in order of my requests for everything I needed. My room was good, airy and clean, with nice view to the pool side. Also the breakfast had many options and it was tasty. I'm genuinely blown away by this. It's absolutely worth recommending to everyone!

Excellent structure, clean and comfortable to move a little anywhere. I highly recommend.
