Hotel was amazing, absolutely stunning views, bus ride away from local town with lovely restaurants and harbour, and just up from a beach bar, room was amazing only thing I could complain about is that you have to pay for cocktails they are not included with an all inclusive package, and food is basic.

The trip toO. Crete was a great idea. We’ve choosing where to go and choose Mistral Mare Hotel. And it was unforgettable. This view from the room fascinating and keeps you from breaking away. When you eat at the hotel restaurant, you enjoy the sea view. The hotel has very nice cosy rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows, which is on of the most important criteria for me.
Very varied and delicious food in the restaurant. It was important to us because our child is very fastidious in food. And then he ate everything that was cooked. The staff is very attentive and responsive, always ready to help tell me where to go. We have always received everything we need for any request.
Great place! I recommend it to everyone.

This is advertised as a 4* hotel. Considering this is also all inclusive I would put it around a 2 star. Mysole intention on my holiday was to sit with a cold beer by the pool, with my book in a nice shaded area. I could do none of this. The pool area does bit really allow for sitting around. There were 3 bars in the hotel and it was difficult to find which one was open and when. The food was either cold when it was supposed to be hot, or warm when it was supposed to be cold. Having been to crete twice before I was fully aware of their love of puddings and this place had no choice. tge beds in the hotel were so hard I crippled myself which then made it difficult to ear put as walking because a painful exercise. this place is selling everything based on the amazing views it has. That is all it does have. this place was so bad that I booked flights home early. I wanted to leave on my second day but unfortunately couldn't get a flight for 3 days. Avoid this place!

Very good hotel with nice — friendly staff! Our room was spacious and clean (yes it’s simple), but we were not staying in the room to watch the TV, we were in Crete to enjoy the beaches and the sightseeings! There is an Amazing beach just down below (yes the stairs are quite steepy — but it’ll be your exercise! ) Great local food served every meal (I don’t know what other people were eating, but we saw great variety/ fresh dishes and very good service of the cook! ) The hotel is 10-15 min away from Agios Nikolaos so once you have a car, you can go to a beautiful town just nearby!

It's a very cool look, it's just divine. Good varied cuisine, a lot of things and add if it ends. The restaurant is also with a great view. It's a great location. The beach is directly opposite the hotel, lovely, with clear clear blue water. Sandy and pebble. Thank you to the hotel for the wedding gift, you have added to our journey even more positive snot! They always helped. A big plus for many Russo tourist — Russian-speaking staff. Satisfied like elephants!

It's a nice hotel. Everything is clean and cozy. Polite staff. On the beach you have to go down the stairs, but the beach is gorgeous and for every taste, if you and stones and sand)

The hotel is located in a secluded location in a very beautiful bay next to the beach of Woolism. The hotel is on a mountain. To the beach to go down for about 7 minutes. The beach strip is quite narrow. The hotel is well fed. It makes sense to take a room overlooking the sea, but it will have to pay $100 extra.

A chic place with the most beautiful view from the room if you have of course booked it in advance. A quiet and peaceful place with no noisy discos. It's a very diverse kitchen. The chef of the pastry is a special thanks. But given the location of the hotel, then 180 steps down to the sea and the same up is a tiny minus.

The worst hotel ever. Because of it, I will never go to Greece again. Old rooms, no ventilation, no territory where to walk in the evenings, untasty food and drinks, for Wi-Fi you have to pay 35 € per week and the list can continue…

The view and the beach are easily the best part of this hotel. The food was awful really off putting and tasted bland at best. The staff were okay when spending money in the hotel other than that they never went out their way for you. Would not recommend the hotel too anyone and would never come back.

Dissapointment of a hotel. I don’t even know where to start. It is full of Russians who are rude and stare at every English person there is. The food is disgusting, you have an option of 8 trays to eat from which are all filled with watery food. The breakfast and dinner are the same every day. The rooms are ok at best, bedding not changed when it’s been cleaned and even the basics of having more toilet roll isn’t met! The staff act as though you are a bother to them and don’t make any effort to be polite. DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel. The best thing about it is really the views, which are amazing but other than that it’s a run down building and will not be staying at the hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful, the views are simply some of the best I've ever seen; and I've travelled all over the world. I've given 4 stars because the rooms are ok at best. They are quite basic compared to the rest of this fabulous hotel. This is mine and my young family's first time in Crete and we're very happy.

It’s the best location if you want to have a real relax!

We stayed at the hotel in May 2018. The room was very clean.
The food was good and the breakfast was good. For dinner two kinds of dishes from different kinds of meat, vegetables, salads, dessert, ice-cream. Alcohol in the bar is free-white, red wine, whiskey, Uza, all local production. The pool is not big but it is compensated by the lovely beach located across the street from the hotel. The hotel does not match the stated 4 stars, in fact it is a solid ' three '. The food system is recommended only for dinner.
However, Crete-beautiful, rent a car for 4 days in Magic tours, additionally provided a novigator-guide, were very pleased with the level of services provided by the agency.

Convenient location, staff is great, everyone is very friendly and positive. Food-on an amateur, but every day vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, different sauces. The room was spacious but the bathroom needs renovation. To the Sea 180 steps:) Nearby you can rent a car (we took a magic tour) or take a tour (travel agents are waiting every day in the hotel lobby). There will be electricity in the room only if the key card is in the room. On the one hand, very good savings, but on the other hand, you will not be able to leave the gadget on charging until you are absent in the room. For sports enthusiasts there is a gym… Very modest… Treadmill, bike and one common simulator, partially broken. But! The key you take at the reception and before 8.00 you will not get it… Very strange and incomprehensible. Clean room every day, one day the cleaning lady went into the room without knocking when we were in the room… In the room ' standard ' except for towels and soaps nothing else is expected.

I booked a four star but actually it turned out to be a three star. I was very disappointed and food was appauling. There was a misleading picture of how our mountain view from the room should have looked like and this was not the case. The receptionist was unprofessional and did not deal with my complaints appropriately. Check out time was not clear and I was charged €50 extra for overstaying 3 hours. The locale at the hotel were not polite and were overbearing. The horel was not clean the floors were filthy and the shower room was mouldy.

The distance from the hotel to the airport in Heraklion is about 78 km; About an hour away by car.

On the third night of stay in the hotel was poisoned with fish. My husband ate chicken, he was fine. I want to note that I am a traveler with twenty years of experience, and this is my first poisoning on vacation for all time (in a 4 * hotel in Europe…). Therefore-2 points for food.
The internet is paid and very expensive: 35 euros per week.
The room was Superior. All in all a normal, clean every day.
Because of the ugliness in the restaurant to return again to rest in this hotel is unlikely to be decided.

Quiet Home hotel. Not for fun. On the mountain comes a magnificent view of the beach and the Kristallnoe Sea.

Minus (But minor) : The road to the beach, the weak mores, the small queues for the restaurant.
But in general, it's not a good thing to expect from 4 level 5 stars. Excellent location.

Negatives: (1) disgusting food; (2) Number of Dead + cardboard walls (relevant audibleness) ; (3) Wi-Fi for space money.
Plus: (1) gorgeous place; (2) Friendly staff (although many go with gloomy persons) ; (3) Good beach, but quality.

This is not a four-star hotel. The service is crap you have to pay for everything including sachets of sugar and coffee. The mini fridge is not stocked, the rooms stink. Paid all-inclusive but ended up eating out as the food was crap also fly's kept landing on food no screen protection around the BUFFET food. Do not go to this hotel worst experience of my life.

Amazing view, amazing people and great hospitality! This place has everything that one needs for unforgettable and relaxed holidays.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Fed is tasty, diverse enough, hungry will not stay. For sea-view, you can pay on the spot 50 euro and you inhabit. Rooms with sea view are more spacious. The room was clean, regular cleaning. To the sea 150 steps, in principle, not straining)

Rested 11 days, it was all good, us sea view room in the hull which is adjacent to the main. The sea is magnificent. Nice hungry do not go, not far from the hotel there are several restaurants with excellent food.

Good ol' all-inclusive and a great view of the Bay. And what there Beach!

Rested in August 2015. Everything is fine! Food for adult varied and tasty (not Turkey of course, but enough to choose to eat). The descent and ascent to the beach by stairs (hotel on the mountain), about 200 steps. Went twice in a day by the sea, a small fitness after the all-inclusif :) the Staff is friendly, the reception Marina — a charming girl that speaks good English :) at the bar, charming the bartender Eva, actively teaches Russian) ) )
