Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful clean rooms with a view to die for. Amazing location close to beach and town but not to close as to get noise pollution. The sea is 15/20 meters from your balcony window with amazing views of the clear blue water and the soft sea air.

We were very happy here. Stavros and Victoria are really helpful and nice, without being importunate. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The hotel is very good located (supermarket, playground, Ammoudi beach, restaurants, bus stop to/from Elounda/Plaka).
Spoiler alert: From time to time there are little tasty presents in the fridge.

I love this hotel! It's nice and cozy. Breakfast for extra. A fee (€6) and a nice garden but you can't go there: (If you choose the right room you can have a sea view. ) and to the beach a few steps. All the employees are very kind, smiling and say hello. The kettle was given. Good location.

Clean room and nice staff. Water pressure in the shower very weak. Breakfast was nothing special.

The hotel is located by the sea. The hosts are welcoming. The hotel retains a Greek setting. Beautiful furniture.

Clean and friendly We were only two nights but we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is not the best but otherwise everything is OK. Beautiful view from the window directly to the sea.

Highly recommend this hotel in Agios Nikolaos. Very close to a beach, but away from the hustle and bustle. Really helpful and friendly service from the staff too!

The location is great. You can enjoy the sunrise sitting on a small cozy balcony. Very friendly staff.

Great place to stay when visiting the East of the Island. The vistas here are breathtaking, wheather it's the moon rising over the golden mountains or the multitude of corals to explore. It located a few minutes walk to the centre of Ag. Nik and within spitting distance of the sea. Victoria and Stavros are excellent hosts, would definitely return to stay again. Rooms cleaned daily, always fresh towels, and not to forget the AirCon ❄️ 5/5

Brilliant hospitality, we were made to feel very welcome. Decent facilities with very high standards of hygiene. Nice location too, short walk to town and the beach but not right in the centre so it's still nice and peaceful. We will visit again if we return to Crete for sure.

Nice little hotel, clean, good beds and good location for the Centre. The rooms overlooking the sea go out directly to the Beach Road, but caulk the window so that there is no sleep disorders, if they are closed.
The breakfast could not convince us, because we would return in the future more in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants in Agios of Nikolaos.
