Very nice apartment on a good place in Crete. Close to the beach and nice restaurants. The apartment was very good and clean.
We had a very warm welcome and stay on Stalis Bay.
Manos en Caterina are very lovely people!
We will definetly come back.

Awesome place, just like home…

Manos and Cat are unbelievable hosts. They go above and beyond for all your needs.
Rooms are basic but clean. They owners could do with updating bathrooms but again basic and clean.
Pool and bar area perfect for a lazy day with a good snack menu.
Located 5 minute walk from Stalis and 10 minute bus (€1.80) or taxi (€10) to Malia or Heronissos.

The family feel and joyful atmosphere are some of the best features of this holiday apartment complex. With a pool, a bar, generous apartments and friendly, welcoming hosts, Stalis Bay appartments was a gem of a find on the island of Crete. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. Compared to some other places we've stayed, there was plenty of cutlery and dishes for your own meals, but Manos will happily suggest some excellent restaurants within waking easy walking distance and there's a supermarket just down the road. Which is the only draw back: there's a fairly busy road just outside. We'd happily come back next year!

The owner manos friendly but his woman not so. Even good morning was a very difficult for her to say. The room was dated will all the noise was coming in. Didn't allow me to swim to the pool at 20.15. Because delate 15minutes. While a lot of others was swimming from 06.00in the morning and late at night and make so many noise couldn't sleep. Parkin for only 4 cars. So I couldn't rent any.

The best view on stalis. Beatifil sweeming pool and the people how run this place working hard special the lady see wash everywhere. Reception bar and making the omelets thanx for good time.

Amazing place! Everything you need for a perfect family holiday, and just a two minute walk to stalis and five minute taxi to Malia! Rooms are simple but with a full kitchen and are cleaned everyday. Highly recommend this place!

A beautiful place great for relaxing with friends or fun with the kids. Great selection of beach bars and resteraunts leading on to a golden sandy beach my number 1 choice for a holiday everytime the most welcoming people they never forget a face ❤❤❤

We my husband (76) and I (68) were from 19.06.2016 to 02.07.2016 In this beautiful family hotel. You will find a beautiful beach, many many regulars, good Food + drink and the soul of the hotel Achilleas + its enchanting + beautiful colleague Anni. Both speak not only good German, they are polite, courteous, they are not a question too much to answer, we have felt so comfortable, and are very happy to come back. Of course the remaining colleagues are also very very nice, only I don't know all the names here, please apologize. I'll think about you so many times. Your Marianne.

Best and authentic greek Restaurant in malia.

Stalis, Crete, Fox Car This is a very, very good place to become a client of. They have a good selection of cars, for sure, but what left me just thilled is the staff! First of all you can trust them, they are ALWAYS honest, kind and service oriented, which you can't say about other rental businesses in the area. Mostly my impression is based on an overly positive experience with this team, so here's the story: My boyfriend and I rented a car for one day at the Fox Car Office. Apparently, at some point of our trip, we crossed the traffic light just in the moment when it turned red and were stopped by the local Police (young, very well English-speaking and very friendly officers, so please save you the prejudices you might have about Greek Police). The penalty for crossing red light is 700 Euro in Greece (I am not kidding). However, the law allows you to pay "only" half of the fine when you manage to pay within 10 days after receiving the fine. Because it happened to us on a Saturday evening and we were about to leave on very early Monday morning, there was no way our left holiday time would match the opening hours of the ELTA Post Offices (where you pay your fines in Greece) and we simply could not pay by person. It was desperate. At this point Mrs. Litsa from Fox Car offered us to manage it for us. We gave her the 350 Euro in cash and Monday morning she drove to the Post Office, paid the fine, scanned the receive and sent it to us the same day.
