I stayed here 7 days at all inclusive (3 meals per day, 1 snack bar and local drinks), in room 7xx.
First of all, the photos from FB and website do not show exactly how the hotel and facilities are. When you book the room with seaview (seaview costs an extra 30 euros) they do not tell you in which building are you staying, in the one with the reception that has facilities for 4* or in the building from the back (where I stayed) with facilities for 2*.
I hadn't neither seaview, neither gardenview, just 2 trees in front of my balcony.
The room furniture from the back building is old and the room was smelling like the window was not opened for 1 month. There was mold in the bathroom, a dirty and tarnished old shower curtain, an old wardrobe with a bad smelling blanket in it, an empty fridge (I was expecting to be goods in it for I would pay at the end of the holiday), twin beds (this is what they understand by "double room"), no shower gel, just soap and shampoo.
When we tried to discuss about the beds and the facilities at the reception, they told us that is the room we booked and they have nothing to do about that. The holiday was paid in advance…
The local drinks were absolutely disgusting, without taste, both "beer" and "juices".
The bathroom ventilation was not working and the bathroom window is on the hall, near the entrance in the other rooms.
The cutlery, the plates and the glasses from the meals were dirty (after it were washed) about 60 %.
It was better to use the reception bathroom (near terrace) than your own bathroom, because was cleaner and with newer facilities…
They have 2 pools and they seem a lot bigger in the photos but it isn't true. Also they have the majority of beach chairs made of plastic (very very uncomfortable) and every time were about 5-6 persons that couldn't stay at the pool because they hadn't enough chairs… there weren't tables for your drink at the pool, I had to stay with my drink and my stuff below the chair…
The food was fine. Not very diversified, but ok and good to eat.
If you really want to book here, ask a million questions before and be very careful about the photos you see.
