Nice little family hotel, great location, Good-sized airy rooms, each with a balcony. Our only criticism: the bed was a bit hard for our taste and the breakfast quite minimal (which was enough for us, we want mostly coffee in the mornings). If ever back in Matala, we would stay in the same hotel.

We were now for the 4th time at Jannis and are always impressed by his kindness and open manner. The hotel is clean and in good condition. If you like it quiet and uncomplicated, you are in good hands here. We have decided to spend at least once a year 10 days there, as from there you can explore the whole island. We like to give 5 stars.
