I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The standard of cleaning was amazing. My daughter took a seizure and the staff was brilliant. The girl holly went above and beyond for her. She stayed with her the whole time and kept us informed the owner was there too and when she came back from the hospital he drop up to see her. Thank you for all your help. ❤❤❤

Absolutely fantastic place to visit, got to meet so many new friends and people we feel are friends for life! The whole staff were tremendous… holly and James got us laughing all day long from the very first day. The location of the hotel was absolutely spot on. Could not recommend this hotel any more! The tui reps Liam, Lily and Demi are absolutely amazing and made our holiday such an eventful one… tui are lucky to have such great staff!

Couldn’t of asked for a better hotel lovely rooms and pool with extra facilities such as gym sauna perfect location round the corner from bars and shops and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach exceptional views and staff that went above and beyond lovely atmosphere will definitely be returning.

First time myself and Martin came was in 1996, then again in 2017 and arriving again with our Daughter and Best friend in 50 days. Nikos and his family and staff are amazing. From 1-99 years old, everyone is looked after and have amazing fun… Look out Malia, we are celebrating a 50th and 16th this year x Hollie I hope your back? xxx.

Well a little "hidden gem"what a fantastic week in the lovely family run hotel in Malia. We had the most relaxing time thanks to this chic boutique where this family cater for your every needs nothing is too much trouble. We met some lovely people and cannot thank Nicos and the reps for such a fantastic holiday. Too many people to thank but James the bar guy is just fab, the food is also brilliant at the snack bar.
Hope to see you all next year xx.

Back again for a second time, I think that says it all, we don't go for your 5* holidays we like the family atmosphere and that's certainly what the frixos is all about, the gem of the family is nana such a special lady then Nicos her son, each and every member of family and staff make your holiday, they are their for your every need, food is delicious at the pool bar,, I would like to name you all but far to many to mention that I would like to thank for another enjoyable holiday, holly, james, George and our wee Adam the tui rep and his co' workers, but most of all nana and Nicos, thank you all, see yous again next year I hope xxx.

Had a lovely stay, Staff and Owners are lovely, Food is lovely even tho would of liked a bit more of a choice on the breakfast, as we had b&b not much to choose from. Our room was lovely cleaned daily. Yes I would recommend :)

One of Malia's most amazing family run hotels. A warm welcome is always given no matter what time of the day or night you arrive. This family holds a special place in my heart and are like an extended family.

Extremely friendly staff that are always happy to help. The room was not in great condition with unreliable shower doors etc. However that is to be expected for the great price. Staff invited guests to the family BBQ on one of the last nights where they served some amazing food.
