Just come back from the hotel and all o can say is …
It is great. The staff from reception, bar staff, cleaners and waitresses. They all work so hard and are always pleasant.
Fantastic good.
Rooms cleaned.
Animation team are just amazing they really are and work their hardest to make your holiday enjoyable.
Would defo recommend.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, restaurant and bar. Had a wonderful holiday. Fun activities for young and old, you will not get bored easily. Our children thoroughly enjoyed it for 12 days. Besides enjoying the pool they had a lot of fun at the Mini Club and Mini Disco thanks to Christina, Tessa and Tinka. Eylem & Aral miss you already. Food was delicious. Beach is within walking distance. Location is central, at short distances you will end up at various shopping centers. Suitable for families. Definitely recommended for us. Thanks for everything.

Had a great two weeks stay here did not want to come home great weather brilliant staff beer on tap. Wot more could you want. The bar staff were brilliant and the animation team were Great.

First time in an all inclusive. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Eva and Lucia in the Olive snack bar are lovely and such nice people. The restaurant staff are very accommodating. The bar staff were great too. Food was excellent, hot, plentiful and very tasty. Yes it got busy but staff were always helpful and set tables for everyone. The organisation of the restaurant was brilliant. Pools great. The brochure said not a lot of hotel entertainment which was true but we knew what we signed up for. Great location, a short walk to nearest bars and shops. Totally recommend. And all the Greek people we met were really nice. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

I love this hotel! Extremely friendly staff, after a day you are already greeted like old friends. Good food, every day a different menu. Good rooms, okay bed and clean bathroom with plenty warm water. Very fun entertainment, you can enjoy yourself all day.

The food is very bad.

Me and my husband woke up last night, heard a terrible noise like a plane was crashing on the hotel, it was about 1 a. M. And we heard very loud music, people yelling in the corridors, it made us feel not only angry but also "uncomfortable".
I suggest that you close the bar earlier. The other night the noise of the music was terrible as well up until late at night.
For the rest the hotel is ok, friendly staff, very good food, good beds. Only the sheets are much to small for the matrasses! on the pictures the hotel seems nicer than it is. But that's normal! We have three more nights to go… I do hope to sleep better! I read some comments and I am not the only one complaining about this.

This Hotel is rated 4* which if it was in Spain or other countries on the Mediterranean it would only be 3*. That doesn't mean the Hotel was bad in my point of view, in fact we found it excellent. Would highly recommend the Mediterraneo to my friends.

The first day, the experience is not very. The animation is boring, the food is not tasty, the room requires repair, the buzzing transformer does not goto sleep and the smell of seweralmost everywhere. I hope it will be better.
The second day, you start to get used to something home, boring. The third day, at the bar for a fruit cocktail asking for money, that's all included. The fourth day, went to the course, liked it. In the hotel, the course is twice as expensive. The fifth day, wanted to use a voucher for massage, and here the bummer, only the first 2 days, at least we were hit! Sixth day, no free sunbeds, it's time to sit in the bar at the table. The seventh day, occupied sunbeds with an oyster, a great day, the mood is great, today home.
This is our first trip to Greece before that we have always chosen Spain and its islands and honestly in Spain for this money you will get a much better stay where really everything is included.

Great hotel, food good, not oversized. Always found a sunbed & table in the evening. Nice family atmosphere. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. Enjoyable holiday, evening entertainment was fun. Walking distance from hersonnisos. Beach a short bus ride away. Lovely sea view from the room.

This was our second time in The Mediterraneo Hotel in Chersonissos. This time we enjoyed our stay as much as we did last year! We had even better rooms! The food, the service and the ambiance were great. Especially we thank Eva and Nektaria for the amazing service and the cooks and the bartenders for the great meals and drinks! In short we had a fantastic stay in Mediterraneo! With love, Fleur, Marieke en Belinda.

The staff doesn't speak Russian. Clean. The food is good. The pool is not big.

Food and Rooms are absolutely not equivalent to 4star hotel standards. It feels more like a motel or cheap 2star hotel. To reach the beach you must cross the main Street. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost. My advice, look for something better and don't get fooled by the all-inclusive offer.

I've just returned from our holiday in Crete and the mediterraneo hotel. I do feel bad only rating 3* but I can't justify any higher.

The animation team are fab, only 3 of them but they are always doing something around the pool to either entertain the kids and adults which goes on from morning to evening
Food was nice, always plenty to choose from and vert tasty, my 10 year old is fussy but managed to eat something different everyday.

We had to switch rooms first night due to being on main stairway behind reception and all you could here was shouting and music upto 3am… considering we had a young child who was very upset she couldn't sleep not ideal.
When we got a new room it was up many stairs, the room fairly clean apart from mould around shower head and toilet. Tea and coffee was never replenished, they never took all our dirty glasses or cups out of room. Expected a higher standard from a 4 star hotel.
Drinks we only inclusive from 11am to 11pm. So from breakfast nothing until 11am then it was like last orders at home getting drinks before 11pm.
Then the last day we were there a strange holiday maker was hovering around at night going around collecting glasses at night definitely wasn't staff as not in a uniform. Made us feel very uneasy.
On the whole I did have a nice holiday but won't return to the hotel.

Good value for money hotel. Good food, friendly staff! Residential buildings are spread over the territory, there are remote very quiet buildings where nothing prevents to enjoy the silence and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Swimming pools are available. To get to the sea you need to pass not less than 400 m. Water in the sea clear transparent.

Great place for a very nice holiday. Recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good food…

Wouldn’t rate this hotel a 1 star as our family experience was awful.! We were all inclusive which food was awful a selection of four soft drinks and four alcohol drinks no cocktails or anything.! Waiters were lovely which is the only nice thing I have to say.! All other staff extremely rude and disinterested.! Our room was infested with bed bugs as we were all covered in bites. We called at reception which very rude and disinterested, we were then called liars which then asked to talk with management. When taking to the manager he was extremely rude and was laughing.! We had bites all over our bodies, we also found bed bugs in the bed which took pictures and bugs to manager.! I asked for any policies and procedures which he didn’t even know about.! This hotel has a lot of children/families visiting. I wouldn’t advise bringing a child here as I certainly won’t be bringing my son, to be attacked by bed bugs. No entertainment, pools are awful and infested.!

Hello our stay from 6 May to 13 may room Junior Suite N ° 304 hotel is nice and well located but say it is a 4 star…
reception, bar, restaurant it's alright it's not the big luxury but good we eat not too bad and varied but the rooms a real disaster, noisy (concrete corridor that serves the rooms we hear all the bathroom joints are damaged with mould, clogged holes with toilet paper, broken faucet and notched to the possible evacuation grate ground out of age broken headboard in the corridor rusty electric box (see pictures)

Very lovely hotel and amazing staff, they made the experience very enjoyable, especially lisa from entertainment and george from the garden cafe.

This was our first trip abroad. Of course all liked it. Room is clean with sea view. In the morning, the cicadas are noisy in the evening, the bats fly, the sea roars. The staff is attentive, responsive. Food (this was in the summer of 2014) good variety — really liked it. On site, several swimming pools, but we mainly went to the beach, although closer to departure and in the pools was pooltables. The city nearby, so evening walks. After dinner, the entertainment staff arranged an interesting entertainment. Frankly, miss, I want once more to come back.

Nice Hotel but very poorly soundproof, you can hear everything in the rooms and when someone passes the door. At the buffet there is not too much choice and it is often cold, and always the same thing.
The staff are nice and very helpful.

All inclusive with no free alcohol except wine and the disappointing beer… the meals are average and the rooms of another time not very satisfied with the services… Wi-Fi paid 2euros per day free in the hotel lobby when they got to pick up. … Damage.

Come as a family in all-in formula in this excellent 4 star hotel! Probably one of the best in the region… Staff: reception, waiters, bar, maintenance… very friendly, helpful and at your disposal to make you spend the best holidays. All the services are impeccable: quality, cleanliness, comfort! meals: breakfast, dinner, snack, dinner are delicious, varied, from continental buffet to Greek and local specialties really at the top! A great hotel but that keeps a human and family spirit! I highly recommend and would return.

Nice place, food good but repetitive, staff friendly, location ok On the whole very please for the money.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Very friendly staff, and the kids team was great! Food was what you would expect from an all inclusive restaurant, with a few staples and then different options at each meal. The kids liked the snack bar, which was open all afternoon. We came early in the season, so two of the four pools and one of the bars wasn't open. There's a fab museum right across the street, with a bus stop outside, although the buses are only once an hour. You need transport to get to Herakleion and Knossos, or any of the other major sites, but can rent a car in the local town which is less than 30 minutes walk away along the seafront.

Food 4 star room clean 3.5 star great time.

This is a maximum of a three-star hotel. A "receptionist" was absolutely unfriendly and was even hand-griping against a hotel guest!

Man has everything you need to make a relaxing holiday! The beach is a little small but is located in 6 minutes from the hotel. Would go on vacation again if you don't have too high standards:)

Cleanliness of the rooms lacking, 2 swimming-pools, entertainment and all inclusive for all the guests not very varied during the week.

We stayed at this hotel for a few years. The hotel is generally good. A lot of reviews were about the road to the sea and the low tunnel. Went together with the daughter and calmly passed through the tunnel, and across the road and further along the path, not hurrying minutes 5-10. The description immediately says that the second line. In the pool bathed only once, as the preference was given to the sea, there it is clean. The food is good, can be found for every taste. If you do not look for flaws, the hotel is good.

I came back from Mediteraneo just a week ago. Was an amaizing holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. See you next year guys to the same … Mediteraneo.

Staff very friendly and helpful, range off food was a little bit limited but we were there towards the end of the season. Activities on during the day even though not many people contributed. Overall a good relaxing holiday.

Food not bad good choice always reasonable standard. Rooms tired no way is this 4 star maximum 3 staff all very good friendly and helpful. All in all a good holiday would recommend this if you don't mind kids. Staff on reception are the best I've ever come across particularly the lady who does mornings.

The location is very good. The rooms are very good. If you used to be in Greece in hotels 5, this hotel will look like a solid troika. The food is fine. Advice for family recreation. Pokuralesit lovers to drink and dance to find another place.

Great staff clean rooms bedding etc pretty good for a budget hotel, food varied and good for all tastes.

We have just come home yesterday morning after spending a week at the mediteranneo overall the hotel was great rooms splotlessly clean, staff in the dining room was lovely, food was lovely my little boy loved it! My only negative comment about the hotel was how crowded the pool area gets and sun loungers are crammed into every spare bit of space, and the salt water pool was a bit of a no for us as my Son swallowed a mouthful and made him sick.

The hotel is located in a hilly area. We need five minutes to go to the nearest sea beach.
There are two swimming pools. The water in the sea basins is a little playground.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and helpful.
The nearest supermarket is 15 min. Walk. Also near the hotel is a bus stop from which you can go to Heraklion. The bus spacing is 25-30 min.

Residence a bit ' decay… boring evenings without entertainment… The restaurant does not leave you definitely without eating in particular Eva and Andrea are kind, professional and attentive to the needs of customers, a star thanks to them!

Still on holiday here as I write the review. Lovely place and good food. The only annoying thing is the guests, when you go to the buffet take a little bit of something to taste not a plate full! To then leave it and it go to waste. Also are you really going to eat a full loaf at breakfast? Thought not! That's why that's getting thrown away too! All in all so far good. Perhaps extend your drink options considering it's all inclusive you don't offer much choice like other hotels. Local spirits aren't that much. Keep up the good work.

The best holtel i've been to. Been there summer 2015. Stuff are super friendly. Food is very tasty and has different variety everyday. The friuts especially very juicy. I also loved the little birds or cats coming join us eat. They were also the enterainment at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Furtheremore the beach was good with partying place if some people wanted it and the land scapes beautiful. Also there was a nice waterpark nearby you can go to with many epic slides. There are also wateractivities on the sea, bungy jumping, mini golf go carts, etcetra. Really fun anyone with family or for partying. The hotell was really good. Would recommend for anyone.

One of the best holidays! We stayed here in July 2015 and could not find fault with anything! The hotel was very clean, staff very welcoming and the food was excellent. I have 2 very fussy children and they always found something they liked. Well done to all staff, especially Angelo! Good luck for the future to you all.

Single vacation spent. Super nice welcome at the Reception (Agatia or something like that with glasses) the nicest Greek woman I know, she could speak German very well and has lovingly took care of me. Location is very nice with a view of the open sea a dream of the paths to the rooms are very Steep due to the mountain what time is good in my eyes ;). To Einkaufsmöglichkeiuten it is 7 minutes walk, from the Rollerverleih through supermarkets about fake perfume everything. The beach is 500 metres away, with a small path beside the main road. Then you go to the Garden Beach further to the Right comes a lot of rock with small coves, beautiful. Food was of the selection manageable but what is sufficient for what it was, was always of good quality. High volume in the dining room as it is very full. A lot of Russian audience 90% with many children by very loud! Rooms Clean and well Equipped, everything worked perfectly (flat screen TV, climate, etc…) all in All, super great 4 days and had mega Sad back in cold, rainy Germany. ID like to come again :)

Good, friendly stuff. Speaks English, German, French, Italian. No Russian. Food is Ok. Two pools with additional kids pools. Sport places, gym, spa. Convenient location.
Free Wi-Fi in lobby almost unusable. There were ants in our room :) Room cleaning service is not very good. There where problems with water in room couple mornings. Air condition blows right to bed, so it should be used carefully and can't be used while sleep.

Ужасный Wi-Fi интернет, практически не работает из-за постоянной перегрузки. В номере живут муровьи :) Не всегда хорошо убирают. Пару раз с утра не было никакой воды. Кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать, так что спать с ним невозможно, без него — жарко.

There was a 17 Julia 2011. The hotel is not bad! 2 swimming pools! Standard rooms with bath! Porters not, therefore suitcase would have rooms carry yourself! Food on a solid 4! My husband and I always found something to eat! near a 10-minute walk city Херсонис where many taverns, where tasty food and very cheap! A car is best not to take from the hotel and on the street, get cheaper! Gasoline if you take a car for your account, it costs about 2 euros a litre! We took Hyundai Atos three days with full insurance! Could 115 euros! The Aqua-Park traveled themselves not away in a 10-15 minute drive away from the hotel entrance 20 euros! The sea is 400 metres to go easily. Sun loungers and parasols pay! But we bought an umbrella in Херсонисе for 7 euros, and went in with him to the beach! Hotel staff is friendly! Nice huge! ) ) so Sony is not sleeps! In General, my husband and I liked the hotel.
