One of the most beautiful hotels I have seen in Greece. Luxurious, design, excellent food, for adults, nothing to complain about except maybe it lacks sunbeds on the beach. Impeccable service, staff up to the task, the customer is king, everything is done to satisfy him, I travel a lot but if I have to come back to a hotel it will be this one. I highly recommend it to you and yet I am very difficult. It is a hotel that makes you dream.

Great place to be. Great hotel for a romantic time for two. Pleasant atmosphere, two beautiful restaurants and a great beach bar. Super nice and courteous staff. Great sandy beach with great loungers, where drinks and food are also served on the beach. Only the comfortable rooms could be a little larger. We inhabited a Supperior Suite with Bali pool. Highly recommended.

Large-scale, well-maintained facility. Rooms have pleasant temperatures despite cold weather, are small but sufficient and homely.

Beautiful buildings of 5 to 10 rooms on each side with swimming pool outside each unit, plus larger pools on other side Peaceful and quiet (we were here beginning November). Beautiful beach and poolside restaurant and bar. Lovely buffet breakfast & evening meal.

Nice Ambience. Many of the young people. Food is good.

Wonderful stay! The hotel and its exteriors (pools, beach) are just wonderful! direct access to the beach, four-poster beds at the edge of the pisicine! Smiling and very friendly staff! Various and excellent buffets with typical Cretan dishes! Everything to please!
However, lack of activities within the hotel.

Beautiful hotel: modern, clean.
The only snag that is not specified anywhere is the noise around the hotel.
The hotel itself is quiet but it is located next to a huge games complex and open-air cinema open until 1am.
If you are looking for a holiday to party, no worries but if it is rather to rest, it may be Complicated unless you bring sleeping pills.

Nice, clean and new. The pools are really great. The restaurant and the food could be better. Overall a nice and calm place to rest.

Very nice hotel, open from May 2018. The real treat are the swim up rooms: fantastic. They obviously cost more, but it's definitely worth it. Very well maintained and clean property, including the beach which is excellently equipped with beds and wooden loungers.
Staff always kind and helpful, service in general of good standard. Another treat: room service at the touch of a button.
One less star for the kitchen, not up to the rest and for the presence of "city view" rooms not mentioned or photographed on the hotel's website.

A very nice hotel. There are a few shortcomings, but you can understand that, because the hotel is still new. Staff is very friendly, good food, free hotel beach chairs, beach is very close to the hotel.

What can I say from the moment we checked hospitality from Mateuos and Maria was fabulous with a glass bubbly to the start of our holiday, All staff friendly at all times and accomodating. Hotel was really beautiful, clean and modern. Restaurant right on the beach. Left Crete with fab memories and made new friends, highly recommended.

Hotel located on the beach. Fantastic staff team, and super friendly. The resturant serves very tasty and fresh food. The pool bar also serves very nice bar snacks. Excellent room service also. 10 out of 10

Staying here at the moment. Fantastic staff that always greet you with a smile. They couldint be more helpful. Our room service is also great. Clean towels everyday etc. Resturant serves a good choice of meals, and the resturant staff are very attentive. First class all round. Ethan davis.

Wanted to eat here with our sleeping baby, and were more or less kicked out of the place!

Great hotel, nicely furnished, good, central location. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Close to the beach with great food terrace. Breakfast and buffet in the evening are good.

Decent hotel it was more fun when fed in the nearby MARINA.

Nice for bed and breakfast, comfort to walk around.
