Epic Rooms

It has been a great surprise! We are very happy with our two nights here. For this price, we didn’t expect such an amazing view from our room and, after a few other disappointing experiences before in our trip through Greece, we are super grateful with the excellent service we received in Epic Rooms. They are super nice, make you feel like home and are there for everything you need. It’s a special, cozy, clean and charming hotel. Original decoration and good vibes are all over the place. It has everything we needed.

The location was great and the stuff was helpful. However, the bed was really old and creaky and not comfortable and also short (I am 184) The upper neighbours made so much noise also lots of noise coming in from the corridor that we could not sleep.

This place is an insane value for money. The room is spacious, comfortable and super clean. View is amazing but the best part is the hostess who couldn’t be funnier, friendlier and more helpful. She helped me (or rather did everything for me) book transport to my next destination and explained everything in detail (see photos). Amazing and totally recommend.

The views mean this place lives up to its name. Rooms are simple but clean, very close to the Delphi archeological site, and good food available across the road and next door. Lovely host.

The two ladies who welcomed us were charming — very friendly and helpful. The room had adequate heating, which was beneficial as we happened to stay during a chilly spell. There was was a little balcony and the view was excellent. It was quiet and so we were not disturbed. Epic rooms are at the east end of the street, and therefore extremely well placed for the archaelogical site.
We were allocated Room 3. The bed had a footboard — not ideal for a tall person. The wooden headboard was low and we both knocked our heads on it! The mattress was hard, and it had seen better days — with small tears in it, and some staining; however, a mattress protector was fitted.
The room was serviced. Apart from that it was self-catering. To boil a kettle it was necessary to go in the communal kitchen, which was cold.
There was no hot water in the room. But running the "hot" tap for a few minutes produced warm water.
The toilet leaked — fresh water, so maybe from the cistern?

Great balcony view for an incredible price. Very clean! Unfortunately the mattress was very hard. I think a simple mattress topper would go a long way for this hotel.
The staff is very sweet and friendly, and there is a common area fridge which came in handy.
Excellent quality for cost!

Probably the most reasonably priced room we stayed in throughout our Greece trip — with one of the best views! The hotel is located centrally in Delphi, walking distance to all restaurants and shops, as well as only a 6 minute walk to the archeological site and museum.
The balcony has a view out towards the mountains and away from the main road so it was very quiet. The rooms are large and spacious. There is also a shared kitched where you can keep and prepare some food and coffee. It has everything you need for a short stay in Delphi.

All accommodation recommendations. Clean and tidy. The room is cleaned every two days. The view from the terrace towards the mountains is divine. At the reception you will be greeted by the beautiful Chrysoula, who is always smiling and full of recommendations for what and where to visit. 💙

The two ladies at the hotel are just incredible and we can't thank them enough to make our stay so lovely! They helped us with whatever they could, provided tips on other places to visit while travelling in Greece and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. After returning from dinner our last evening we also found a little note on the door of our room with some final tips on where to go and wishing us a lovely journey.

Very, very good place to stay. Very complete with a central seating/dining/breakfast area, full kitchen and shared fridge and freezer. Two supermarkets near to bake your own meals if you like. Or walk to nearby restaurants. Coffee/cake shop above the place and also across the street.
Friendly lady and daughter in law. Many nice chats. They were very helpful during our stay. Before and after we could leave our luggage which was appreciated.
Clean rooms, good bed. Great location.

Fantastic room with a great view and lovely staff. Gave advice about hiking and what to do in the area. Place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Wonderful!

We spent a week here in April 2024. Excellent location, easy walk to the monuments and to anything in the village. Booking and check-in was easy, communication was great. The staff is exceptional. Both women with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. The entire facility was spotless. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Wi-Fi was throughout the building and fast for us.
The building is securely locked at the front door as well as each room being locked. There are cafes and tavernas next door as well as up and down the street, a short walk to small super markets and many bars. The street is very quiet from inside the building.
The property has a communal kitchen which is fully stocked with dishes, cups, flatware, etc. There is a large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric briki, and sink. Our week at Epic Rooms was delightful. Our balcony looked out over the valley to the Gulf of Corinth. Highly recommend!

It is a lovely place, I got a room upgrade for free. I booked fast and didn't checked that there last room didn't came with a view. The next day I got a room with a view :).

Clean and bright room with an immaculate toilet. The staff Grigorios is kind and welcoming. Good value for money.

We stayed at this gem of a place in September 2018. Right on my son's birthday and we loved the place from the start! The friendlinees and the quality of this small but so fine location left an unforgettable impression! We were also so pleased with the extremelly kind hostess who, upon finding out it was his birthday, being so sweet, offered him a lovely souvenir to remember them by. He still has the lovely cup and small piece of paper she r´wrote in which says in greeK: Happy birthday". One more thing: I will never forget arriving late at night — all dark and all, not able to see out of the window — and in the morning, as if in a Holywood movie, see the beautiful mountain from our balcony! Another dream trip with my family!

This place is great value for money. Sure there are some things that could be improved but you get what you pay for. The guy who works at the reception was more than welcoming and he was very caring. Also, the place was very clean. Thank you so much!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel for the price we paid. 23.4 euros per night — with a great spacious room with a balcony, perfectly working equipment, 20 meters to the bus stop, another 300 meters to the archaeological site and the museum, a decent Wi-Fi, something like a shared kitchen, just without a stove, but with the possibility to warm and drink tea and coffee. Reception, however, is not round the clock, but this, along with the lack of reception of payment by card, is  the only drawback that I noted. And I've seen a variety of hotels. "Epic Rooms" wins comparison with the vast majority of them.
